It is really tough to be brief with a subject that if we are honest reaches into to the depths of each one of our souls. First man is triune. We are body/mind/spirit. For man to operate at the highest level all three must exercised to there fullest.
1. Body- God gave it to you to inhabit. It is the only one you get. Everything with our body and this world is linear. It has a clear point in time when it began and it will run its course no matter what we do. Our body has a definitive end point.
The earth/universe is very similar. It is created. It too will run its course.
2. Mind- like your body it too must be exercised. Like a body that isn’t taken care of an u exercised and unchallenged mind begins to die. Our mind too is linear. My mom is 90 years old and about three years ago she stopped exercising her body and her mind. She has ceased to be the mom I knew. We must push the mind and its limits every day. Don’t be so quick to dismiss God or just assume he exists.
There is a battle raging in the world today and it is over the mind. So every day we must get up and fight to push back the chaos to live another day.
3. Spirit. The spirit of man is non-linear. Look inside yourself. There is a depth to you that predates your birth. Look, go in there and find it and you will find proof that God exists. He gave man dominion over the earth. We are here to learn, to fight against the chaos and stand and live for what is right.
Get in balance. Body/mind/Spirit. We are all out of balance. We have all experience moments where we feel the balance.
