It only happens once every 100 years. Hug a math geek.
The symbol used by mathematicians to represent the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter is the lowercase Greek letter π, sometimes spelled out as pi.
π is commonly defined as the ratio of a circle’s circumference C to its diameter d
The ratio C/d is constant, regardless of the circle’s size.
In the US, yes…most other countries, no, since they display the date in dd-mm-yy format.
What’s your point RU? Indian movie stars are more famous than American movie stars because they are known to billions of Indians, does that make KimKa less exceptional?
“In the US, yes…most other countries, no, since they display the date in dd-mm-yy format.”

Add the U.S. armed forces to the dd-mm-yy format. Zero confusion, as there is in the 2400 time clock used by every country’s military versus the AM and PM civilian shit. “The movie starts at 9.” 9 what? AM or PM? 0900 is always 9 AM. 2100 is always 9 PM.
As for the pi example given in the article, we’re headed out for a Texas road trip tomorrow NLT 0800 hours sharp. Luggage inspection is at 0730, mainly to insure we didn’t forget the 6-pack of wine. My wife will be driving initially, and the pi example of 0926 hours and 53 seconds should just about be the time she gets pulled over for speeding.
I try to tell her that a posted 75 mph on Arizona’s interstate highways really means 80-84 is acceptable. I usually set the speed control at 82. But no-o-o-o-o, not Mrs. Leadfoot. Let’s see if 90-95 works. After all, “there’s nothing out here.” Yeah, nothing but a state cop who’s bored out of his mind and just itching for action.
SSS- Have a great trip and be safe .
this is what it looks like to have PI all over your shirt.

Be sure to pack some bales of alfalfa to throw out the window and distract the Highway Patrol.
