If she had been an illegal alien there would have been no problems.

As more comes out about this, including testimony from two other prisoners next to her in the jail, it appears it actually was a suicide.
She was a mental case, which should have been obvious, and should have been put in a mental ward instead of an unmonitored jail cell.
I imagine there will be a little liability involved here for someone.

Anybody know why she was in the jail for THREE DAYS for a traffic warrant? Or did the charges balloon into assaulting an officer and/or resisting arrest?…but 3 days? Nobody to bail her out?

I’m all for accountability, but if you watch the entire video of her arrest, it was her fault. All the cop was going to do was warn her, and he had the warning ticket written, but she had to run her mouth and act hard. Say what you want about flexing your rights-if you act like an ass, the cop will treat you like an ass. Also, it looks like she was suicidal and admitted it on her own facebook page. The cops aren’t always the bad guys.
