I don’t have a satisfactory answer to this conundrum.

Before any of you go and vote for Trump, please keep in mind Snowden is a traitor in his opinion, and traitors should be shot. We haven’t yet heard his opinion of George W. Bush.

You must stand for liberty

VietVet says: “SSS. You must stand for liberty.”

I do. But I can point to several egregious violations of the true wording of the Constitution that exist today. The 4th Amendment is but one. The 5th Amendment is another, and so is the Commerce Clause. The 1st Amendment is under assault.

The Supreme Court operates under case law, for better or worse. Case law. I cannot fix its lack of rulings on the 4th Amendment, highlighted by the political cartoon (someone has to SUE the activities of the TSA and win), any more than I can fix some of its completely wrong rulings on such issues as Obamacare.

I simply can’t fix this mess, BY ANY MEANS. Appointments to the federal judiciary are lifetime. Or more correctly, not specified by the Constitution. Tell me how to fix this. I’m all ears.
