No, as America descends into the abyss of crime, corruption and compliance its more of a matter of choosing your protection racketing gang wisely.

What it boils down to is collateral damage. If the US government can justify killing an thousands of innocent civilians just to take out one military target , why is it so far fetched to rationalize as collateral damage the killing of one civilian to get thousand criminals.

Personally I don;t think cops are shooting enough criminals. I think cops should declare open season all gang members and associates…Wall Street would be a good place to start.

PS, another shooting in Fergytown yesterday.

Did he, or did he not, shoot himself in the face? Well……..

Normandy Chief of Police Col. Frank Mininni said St. Louis County police were assisting his department in probing the incident.

“In light of the fact that a Normandy Police Officer returned fire on the suspect after being fired upon, we immediately requested an outside, independent investigation from the St., Louis County Police Department,” he said. “This decision was based upon transparency and an unbiased investigation from an outside department.”

See? A transparent unbiased outside investigation of one police department, by another police department.

Uh-yep, Uh-yep, Uh-yep, he done said all da portant wurds.

100% yes. And if they are found to have violated your rights, you should get to flog them in a public place with an extension cord until your arm gets tired.

The police are given special privileges protections and immunities that are denied the average citizen, therefore they not only should be but need to be held to higher standards.

goofyfoot,

Put yourself in the exact same position as that “child beating copfuk” and tell us exactly how you would have handled the same situation.

Higher standard? How about the SAME STANDARD?

Break into someone’s house, charged with “breaking and entering”. Break into someone’s house (no warrant), same. Seize money from someone else’s bank account, “theft”. Seize money from someone else’s bank account with an IRS order, same. Sell illegal drugs to anyone, “drug dealer”. Sell drugs to an informant while sitting in a car on someone else’s property (in order to seize it for “facilitating drug sales”, “drug dealer”.

The cops must not have a legal shield to do things that put citizens in jail.

Nicely put.

Greetings,

How I would have handled the S.C. school situation:

The weightlifting cop and the teacher could have easily lifted this girls desk 3″ off of the ground and gently walked it out into the hallway so that class could continue. Problem solved. As a school teacher, had I assaulted a child in that manner, I would have lost my job instantly and all manner of hell would have rained down upon me. Regardles of whether or not this bitch deserved such treatment, it isn’t something that can be allowed otherwise the cops can do the same to any of us for any reason.
