I did have to present the school financial overview to the departmental administrators last week. The last time I did it two years ago, I scared the living shit out of them and hardly anyone asked for more money in their budgets. I told them that anti-depressant sales went up after my last presentation. I wasn’t as dire this time.

Admin wouldn’t last a day as a professor. He’d be thrown out for being insensitive, not respecting students space and multiple micro aggressions.

I have no interaction with students. Budgets, forecasts, planning and telling people NO are what I do.
