Reminds me of Harpy’s answer to a congressman’s question about invasion of Libya and the murder of Muammar Gaddafi: We came, we saw and he’s dead (such a brilliant stateswoman). If he’d asked what happened to the once great America since 1965 when the Democrats gave us the Great Communist Society, she could say we came, took over, it’s dead.

National Socialism is a logical outcome of capitalism + universal suffrage; voters want to rob the rich, the rich respond by absconding with the government (in self-defense).
Jonah Goldberg wrote a book a few years ago called…. Liberal Fascism. He traces the evolution of fascism in this country back to the creation of the Federal Reserve on through FDRs NEW Deal to LBJs great society / war on poverty programs .He also includes a part on universal suffrage for women/ blacks who overwhelmingly vote for socialism.
I was surprised that a Jew (Jonah Goldberg ) would condemn programs Jews put together. The intellectual minds behind the so called Rights movements were Jewish . Good book .
Speaking the truth is now ‘bigotry.’ INGSOC approves.

Americans were once a unique people, black, white, oriental, etc. made no difference we were a unique people.
Strong and independent types from all over the world came here to become Americans and live their lives in freedom free from dependence on ruling authorities.
That is no longer true, people from all over the world come here now to remain what they are and have the authorities provide for them.
America has fallen as surely as Goliath had failed as soon as David released his stone from the sling, it just takes a little while for everyone to realize it with most denying it even when it hits the ground with eyes glazed over.
James Madison would be startled to hear that his recognition of a right to keep and bear arms, which passed the House by a voice vote without objection and hardly a debate, has since been construed in but a single, and most ambiguous Supreme Court decision, whereas his proposals for freedom of religion, which he made reluctantly out of fear that they would be rejected or narrowed beyond use, and those for freedom of assembly, which passed only after a lengthy and bitter debate, are the subject of scores of detailed and favorable decisions. Thomas Jefferson, who kept a veritable armory of pistols, rifles, and shotguns at Monticello, and advised his nephew to forsake other sports in favor of hunting, would be astounded to hear supposed civil libertarians claim firearm ownership should be restricted. Samuel Adams, a handgun owner who pressed for an amendment stating that the “Constitution shall never be construed . . . to prevent the people of the United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms,” would be shocked to hear that his native state today imposes a year’s sentence, without probation or parole, for carrying a firearm without a police permit.

Here’s where I should have posted this URL about the San Bernadino shooting. Oddly, this holiday season finds me visiting family in Newtown Ct of all places. One of the cops heavily involved with handling the Sandy Hook situation is in the news…. again… for running a drug ring out of the police department.
