Had to cross the bay bridge in San Fran to get to an appointment at Stanford.Missed the black lives matter non sense by a few hours.Feel so sorry for the lives they disrupted and traffic that was backed up for hours.Why don’t they protest in front of demonic filth Planned Parenthood where the little black lives are butchered while still breathing and their little organs sold off?

Black ice is serious stuff in north central Europe. And almost year round. I remember taking the family to a 4th of July fireworks display at Ramstein AB in Germany in 1978. The high that day was 44.
Then again, 1978 was a time of the onset of an “Ice Age” and the population bomb when 800 million would die of starvation. We have gone from Silly Science to Super Silly Science (SSS).

Once I tried to get out of my car onto black ice. I was used to dealing with ice and snow, but that time I fell on my butt three times in a row (just like in those pictures) before I could get my footing. It is not nice stuff. Driving on it is about as dangerous as it gets.

My buddy and I went to Chicago one January, we wore 50 pounds worth of parkas and boots. We minced our way through the black ice to the bar. Ahead of us, 3 girls in short skirts turned the situation into a walk in the park. They must have had chains on their pumps.
