A massive 8.2 magnitude earthquake has just shaken Indonesia.
The country has issued an early tsunami warning.
Here’s the data from the USGS:

Developing story
A magnitude 8.3 earthquake struck off the Indonesian island of Sumatra, the national disaster mitigation agency said, triggering a tsunami alert.
The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center reported a differing magnitude of 8.2. The quake hit 504 miles southwest of Padang, Sumatra, at a depth of about 6.2 miles, it said.
A tsunami unleashed in 2004 by a 9.1-magnitude undersea earthquake off the Sumatran coast was the deadliest natural disaster this century, taking more than 220,000 lives and leaving more than 1.5 million homeless. Waves as high as 15 meters (50 feet) crashed into towns and shorelines across more than a dozen countries, destroying people’s livelihoods and possessions.
Indonesia’s 18,000 islands sit along the Pacific’s “ring of fire” zone of active volcanoes and tectonic faults.
Indonesian President Joko Widodo was on his second day of a visit to Sumatra. He’s scheduled to spend the night in Medan, North Sumatra, before returning to Jakarta on Thursday.
Maybe I’m just paying more attention or maybe the news is covering it more, but it seems like massive earthquakes are becoming more frequent and the average magnitude is increasing.
But I have no idea where to look for the information about that sort of thing.

India and Australia have lifted their tsunami warnings according to this video from Ben Davidson from Suspicious0bservers:
Watch what the elephants do…always earlier than the government alarms.
Watch what the monkeys do….always earlier then the government alarms.
bb,
Now that’s a statement you could take a couple of different ways, especially in big city America.
Lots of anecdotal evidence that the wild life in Thailand were aware of a problem long before any humans when the big one hit here.
Must have been caused by anthropogenic climate change.
