CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – White lives do not matter, according to a student debater/activist from the University of West Georgia.

Miguel Feliciano, along with fellow West Georgia student Damiyr Davis, reportedly participated in a recent debate with other students at Harvard University.

During an exchange with their opponents, Feliciano suggested that white people should kill themselves because of their “white privilege.”

The exchange was caught on video and posted on YouTube.

“White life is wrong,” Feliciano was quoted as saying by Infowars.com. “Our argument is that we should never affirm white life. White life is based off black subjugation.”

When a white debater asked Feliciano whether he should commit suicide, Feliciano said “I don’t see why not, it’s ethical.”

When the white debater suggested that it might be better to remain alive and fight the social forces that promote “white privilege,” Feliciano rejects the notion.

“Struggling against the structure means putting yourself on the line, putting your body on the line, do it. Affirmative suicide, that’s cool, it’s one little step in the right direction,” Feliciano said, according to Infowars.com.

Ironically, the debate topic was supposed to be about renewable energy.

“The black debaters simply ‘chose’ to point out their opponents’ skin color and begin advocating genocide,” reported InvestmentWatchdogBlog.com. “They expressly stated that these were their ‘sincere beliefs,’ not just an argument to win a debate.”

Feliciano and Davis are not some anonymous student crackpots posing as serious debaters.

They form a respected two-person debate team that took second place at the 2013 Cross-Examination Debate Association Nationals, according to Infowars.com.

Feliciano also acts as an instructor at the Eddie Conway Liberation Institute, an annual debate camp at Coppin State University that reportedly instructs high school students on debate strategy and radical thought, Infowars.com reported.

The institute is named after former Black Panther Party member Eddie Conway, who was convicted and imprisoned for 44 years for his involvement with the 1970 murder of a Baltimore police officer.

Do these mental midgets realize that slavery in America happened a LONG time ago, not one person alive in America today was a slave, almost no one alive is even old enough to remember anyone who was a slave, black people were NOT the only people in history to be slaves, white people weren’t the only people in history to own slaves, and that it was AFRICANS who sold the other tribes into slavery?

Hmmmm. Now who s racist. We are going to have an ethnic war if the does not stop. When white people band together they usually put together a pretty formidable adversary to whom their anger is directed. Russia, Germany, England and the United States come to mind throughout history. He carefull what you wish for. Leave me alone.

If any business in America hires a Harvard grad after this, they’re fools.

This shit won’t stop until Americans stop buying the product.

Any resume with Harvard (or any of the others schools pulling this crap) on it should go directly into the trashcan.

I’ve said it here before…most of the guns in America are in the hands of white people. There’s a reason why they’ve been arming themselves to the teeth….they’re just waiting for a reason .

Hmmm

If you step back and take a moment to consider that nearly 30% of every freshman class at Harvard these days is Jewish, a huge percentage of the faculty is Jewish, public pro Palestinian support by faculty and administrators is not tolerated and a far left wing agenda is preached day in and day in the classroom, no one should be surprised. It is after all Jewish members of Congress and the Ivy League that have been supporting massive immigration as well assaults on the 1st and 2nd amendments for decades now. Diversity creates division and a malleable population focused on hating each other instead of the ruling elite who are actually screwing them. Redefining the 1st amendment is required to shut down dissent against the government as well as Israel’s illegal actions. And removal of the 2nd amendment is required to make sure no one changes their mind………….

The Ivy League schools have been turned into puppy mills for the rich and a few token minority incompetents. They (and their endowments) should be nationalized (through due process, of course) and turned into senior public research centers, with no undergraduate studies. No more insufferable assholes dropping the name of their undergraduate school in the middle of every conversation. We do not need private undergraduate schools of this kind. Private colleges, universities and high schools, yes, but none that claim to be elite yet are really just mechanisms to perpetuate a false upper class. We need elite schools, but they should be strictly merit based and, for those good enough to get in, free or nearly free. We need to invest in our best and brightest, not a gaggle of rich men’s kids. And, please, don’t claim that Ivy Leaguers are at the genius level. Recall George W. Bush, or the specimen asking white people to kill themselves? Case closed.

A kid that went to school with my daughter got perfect SATs, graduated 1st in her class, one of the top 10 high schools in the state, was an athlete and did a great deal of charity work. He got rejected from Harvard. Another minority from the same school without nearly the credentials got in. I consider him lucky watching this video, but what are we really teaching our kids if this is the level of mental acuity that Harvard now finds acceptable.

Having had plenty of experience with Harvard grads in the last 20 years, this should have been a rule since at least the late 90’s (probably much earlier). Based on nearly 100 H-grads I’ve personally met, the school excels at egotism and fox-like cunning, but not at anything useful or valuable. I’ve known many H-grads with outstanding paper credentials who are in reality less useful than a 75th percentile public university graduate.

Yes, and this happens all the time with all the “top” schools. People need to know this and stop looking up to the so-called “top” schools. Through multiple relationships I’ve learned a great deal about the admissions process for such schools, and for large universities without the same reputation, and it probably won’t surprise most of you to learn:
1) Good public universities, but not the pseudo-private ones, admit largely based on numerical indicators, though often with a boost to “minority” applicants.
2) The so-called “top” schools claim to do the same, but in reality set aside many places for children of alumni, foreigners, and the “minority” flavor-of-the-moment to look good. It has little or nothing to do with academic qualification, and everything to do with securing and promoting a specific version of an “elite” social structure.

Funny he is complaining about white as he sits there wearing clothes created through the invention of the loom by whites, wearing a watch invented by whites, in a space with air conditioning created by whites, powered by electrical generation invented by whites. He must have got there via the internal combustion engine created by whites, made it there safely due to traffic lights and street lights invented by whites. Need I continue?

One more thing, I lived on the outskirts of Raleigh for quite a few years. I moved there due to my work commitments but hated living there every single day. I complained a bit but dealt with it. As soon as I was able I quit my job and moved back out into the country and am very very happy again. My free advice to him. Go find yourself a nice wealthy majority black country to live in. bwahaa good luck with that.

The revival meeting was in full swing, with the brothers and sisters testifying and signifying at length as to their sins and transgressions. Singing! Speaking in tongues! Finally one hardened sinner was overcome with remorse and entered into a state of Full Repentance. After a lengthy recitation of many horribles, he ended with, “And I even had sex with animals!”

The preacher responded with, “I don’t believe I’d have told that, Brother.”

Fast forward:

“I went to Harvard.”

“I don’t believe I’d have admitted that, at least not in public.”

I took the time to send an email to the president of the University of West Georgia, the school where these two gentlemen studied. His response is worth sharing.

Dear Mr. Davis,

I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to email me directly concerning the posting of this video clip. We understand the concern surrounding a video posted this week that includes comments made by two former University of West Georgia debate students. While these students participated in a nationally sanctioned debate event in 2012 representing UWG, their comments, or the comments made in any debate, do not reflect the University’s views or values.

We take diversity and inclusion very seriously. We work hard every day to ensure our students, faculty and staff from all backgrounds feel welcome and valued. Our top priority remains fostering the safest learning environment we can in which students can learn, grow and achieve.

As part of that commitment, UWG will not tolerate or allow comments or behavior that incite prejudice or violence against any individual or group. Any student who engages in such behavior will be investigated under the university’s student code of conduct, resulting in appropriate sanctions.

Comments made during debate training or debate events or theater rehearsals are rare exceptions to this policy. College debate programs operate in a manner similar to laboratories, where events like those depicted in the video are closely controlled and monitored. One team presents a position and the other responds, often using extreme arguments to show that a particular point is illogical.

In the case of the 2012 video, the debate centered on energy policy. The first team argued that white people embracing the location of wind turbines in their neighborhoods would be a way to address criticism that racism is inherent in the movement of white populations from urban areas. The former UWG students countered that argument by claiming that the extreme would not be for white people to locate themselves near wind turbines, but rather for white people to sacrifice themselves to remove racism altogether. The purpose of the statement was to show the absurdity of their opponents’ position.

Unfortunately, the purposefully-edited video posted this week does not capture the complete discussion. It includes less than a minute and a half of a debate that lasted more than an hour and a half. It does not show that the first team injected the element of racism. Ultimately, it focuses solely on the extreme points used by one of the UWG students to counter an argument in a sanctioned debate. When taken out of the context of a competition in which one team commonly uses extreme rhetoric to argue against an opponent’s extreme rhetoric, the scenes from the video are shocking. The fact that the debate was not halted and authorities were not notified shows the controlled environment in which the comments were made.

Again, the students’ comments included in the video do not reflect the values of our university. They do not represent beliefs or doctrines we teach to students.

I sincerely hope that by providing the context in which this video is depicted helps restore your faith in our university and in future generations of leaders.

Sincerely,

Kyle Marrero
