I agree since most taxes; esp. personal income tax is illegal and unconstitutional [see: The Law That Never Was] and that goes for personal property taxes as well.
However, more to the point, HRC used the identical deduction. We are simply looking at mainstream media ‘memes’. These lies, distractions from real issues are aimed at the brain dead. We’ll see how many brains are still functioning on November 8th…. or not. Or, worse, we may see a rigging that outdoes every other corrupted ‘election’ in human history and end up with civil war.. or worse. I think this is a profound historical turning point, not just for Americans but for all of humanity.

I don’t know why they decided to frame Trump avoiding taxes as genius, when it could have handled by a joke, i.e., “You want to know a trick to avoid paying taxes? First, lose a billion dollars…” The he could say, hey I had some bad years, and shrug it off. They made too big a deal about this.

The Sunday Funnies are getting better and better.
I can hardly wait until the second Sunday in November…
It’s not funny.
Why does everyone seem to be equating legitimate tax deductions on business losses to tax dodging?
Wouldn’t anyone taking standard or itemized deductions and claiming dependents be equally guilty of tax dodging if it is?
