Seems reasonable, there aren’t very many of them around and they don’t need to be hunted into extinction.

I’m sorry but after watching YouTube videos taken by people claiming to have seen or filmed Bigfoot, I believe they do exist. There are too many that appear real and sometimes random filming. If a Bigfoot was killed, at least it would finally prove their existence. (Although, I believe in shooting for food, not for other reasons.)
But then again, I’m not really big on a “government” endangered species lists. The government ends up with an abundance of the “endangered” animal and, in the end, they kill the excess animals, and usually in a horrible manner.

Bigfoot is at least as grounded in reality as the average Californian, so I see no problem there. Once enough Bigfeet get voting rights they can decide socialism doesn’t work and vote the CalPoliticians out of office, and institute libertarian policies.
Then California might become worth something again.
