Yup. This is how you rig an election: You win the parts of the system that win the election, not the individual votes.
Then you show the COUNTIES that were won, not the popular vote results. It’s called gerry rigging and it’s just as old as elections themselves.
That Trump does or doesn’t have a mandate is what’s being questioned here, and that mandate is judged by the amount of opposition he faces, hence the value of the popular results.
That he (and Russia) won the election is relatively clear.

Anyone receiving any payment from the govt should not be allowed to vote. That would ncludes govt the mployees, welfare recipients, etc. The current nflict of interest is extreme.
That also includes all Social Security beneficiaries and all Medicare beneficiaries since the government spent the money they paid in and is now using taxes to pay them or their medical bills.
If the government taxes them, they’re allowed to vote, even if they only pay sales tax. Taxation without representation is a war cry.
Do away with all of these taxes and I’ll say, hell, yeah, don’t let them vote.

Quite true. Before the recount was stopped in Michigan, 65 voting precincts in Detroit were disqualified for a recount because the number of votes cast exceeded the number of voters who were registered to vote in those precincts.
