California Criminal Code 5150: When a person, as a result of a mental health disorder, is a danger to others, or to himself or herself, or gravely disabled, a peace officer, professional person in charge of a facility designated by the county for evaluation and treatment, member of the attending staff, as defined by regulation, of a facility designated by the county for evaluation and treatment, designated members of a mobile crisis team, or professional person designated by the county may, upon probable cause, take, or cause to be taken, the person into custody for a period of up to 72 hours for assessment, evaluation, and crisis intervention, or placement for evaluation and treatment in a facility designated by the county for evaluation and treatment and approved by the State Department of Health Care Services. At a minimum, assessment, as defined in Section 5150.4, and evaluation, as defined in subdivision (a) of Section 5008, shall be conducted and provided on an ongoing basis. Crisis intervention, as defined in subdivision (e) of Section 5008, may be provided concurrently with assessment, evaluation, or any other service.
5150 is law enforcement/legal definition for crazy, head case, mental, etc. Given the tat across his forehead I’d say his matrimonial prospects are limited as well.

When I taught in the prison system I encountered one memorable inmate who had Fuck You tattooed in large letters across his forehead, surely an advantage for his future career.
He does have one thing correct with his “Trust No Bitch”
I word it differently – no female can keep a secret. Do not tell a female anything that you do not want known by anyone else. Doesn’t matter if single or married – heed my wisdom or suffer the consequences.

Somehow, I think the fembots in the workplace and this guy’s future in-laws might have a problem with the “trust no bitch” on his forehead. But that is just speculation.
If the eyes are the “window to the soul”, then this poor kid is lost in an underground cavern after midnight during a nuclear winter.

Greetings,
This man will be a burden to taxpayers and the community for as long as he lives. I do not understand, given that he has turned his back on us, why we must support him. We should send guys like that to S. America with an understanding that a return to the states grants him an immediate execution.
If the tattooed are only capable of earning $20,000 annually in the first place that means that my taxes must be picking up the slack.

AFAIK, Gangs force members to get this shit on their faces so they have no other life but the gang life. Best solution I have thought of aside from don’t get involved in the first place. Skip town after pinching pennies and get some laser removal for that trash, stay in a shelter until it heals over then seek legitimate employment.
Many of the shitbags of this type don ‘t want jobs. They want to buy, sell and consume drugs. I managed a group home that had both mental patients and convicts who served all or most of their time, and were expected to transition out into the world with a job and an address. Rarely did I see that. One of the guys was 27 years old and bragged that he’d never had a job in his life. He too,had a tatted-up face–but practically nothing on his torso. I brought him to a state agency that would find jobs for these guys, and he told the case worker that he knew that no one would hire him because of the tattoos on his face. The case worker said that the state worked with medical professionals that could remove them and it would be at no charge to the convict. The convict firmly stated that he was “proud” and would never allow for them to be removed. Last I heard, he’d gotten drunk and had the good sense to deck a police officer, and was on his way to the state pen…
