QUOTE OF THE DAY

“It’s frightening to think that you might not know something, but more frightening to think that, by and large, the world is run by people who have faith that they know exactly what is going on.”

There is a lot of “Not knowing something” going on now. Even if you point things out, people will shun the information.

IMO this makes for a dangerous atmosphere where extreme fascism can become a complete nightmare.

Maybe because too many people “point things out” by giving opinions in place of information, probably not even realizing they are since they didn’t actually investigate and research things before forming them.

It’s long been shown that most people accept what is told to them by an authority without question, particularly if it is what they want to hear.
