The fact that most of these murders are committed in urban settings means nothing more then that’s where the majority of blacks live.
Even if you live in even smaller city, say 100,000 people, you are betting against the house. And if you’re in the suburb of that 100,000 pop. city, keep in mind that residents on St Johns and especially St Thomas, islands, are still reachable by ferry from St Croix. Home invasions are the national sport.
The USVI are about 80% black. My one trip to St Croix was a nightmare.
Not what I meant. I meant that a city like Memphis or Baltimore where a much higher percentage of the population is black than, say, NYC will have a higher murder rate. The country of Jamaica has a super high murder rate despite strong anti gun laws.

And the funniest thing is when they bring the “suspect of color” in to the interrogation and they read him the Miranda rights. Inevitably, the genius will end up completely incriminating himself in less than five minutes flat. I have watched the show sometimes with jaw dropped at some of the stupidity displayed. The best one was an episode where the suspect was named Royal Cola….not a nickname, his actual legal name. You just can’t fix that brand of stupid.

I have a black acquaintance (I don’t have any black friends) who says the two parties switched places before the civil war and Lincoln.
Not so much switched places as democrats saw what the republicans were doing and adopted it as their own, took over 130 years. We see where that got both parties, and what difference at this point does it make?
After the Civil War, the majority of whites in the South were Democrats. The Democrats began the KKK during Reconstruction — which they ended with the end of Reconstruction, but the governments started the KKK back up with agents for false-flags — because blacks were being treated as a “protected” class, often not arrested for crimes, while whites were being criticized and treated harshly for minor “crimes.” Sort of what is going on today, such as with Black Lives Matters and Obama’s Justice (sic) Department. The white people were so pissed off they used vigilante justice.
Yes, the first blacks elected to Congress were Republicans (there were more than one), and it was immediately after the Civil War. They were from the southern states and it was a con job. The majority of white men could not vote following the Civil War. The Yankees that took over the South, such as those in the Freedman Bureau, and the southern “Scallawags,” (southern whites who supported Reconstruction and Republicans), voted the blacks in to get their legislation passed, since they had to have representatives in the House and Senate from the newly returned southern states, legislation that the majority of the white people did not support, while at the time slapping Southerners in the face with it.
Just to note, the majority of whites in the South today are Republicans. I’m sure that’s because over the years the Democrats started supporting what the Republicans had supported during Reconstruction.

Hudson’s bill, which is supported by major pro-Second Amendment groups, would allow people with a state-issued concealed carry license or permit to conceal a handgun in any other state that allows concealed carry, as long as the permit holder follows the laws of that state. It also allows residents of Constitutional carry states the ability to carry in other states that recognize their own resident’s right to concealed carry.
The U.S. Constitution says my right to arms shall not be infringed. I’m being infringed upon if I have to get a license or a permit. I have no intention of getting a license or a permit, not to mention being added to a database, therefore, I’m being infringed upon. Make the law what the Constitution says, unlimited right to arms and add constitutional carry, full stop.

As I have said before, the left are big believers in coincidence. Hillary getting hundreds of millions from foreign governments and big business who want and get things, coincidence, the left run cities in chaos, coincidence, government messing with money and interest rates and government getting more intrusive and then the economy sucking wind, coincidence, giving money to people and out of wedlock births skyrocketing, coincidence, fatherless kids born to young idiots with no parenting skills becoming criminals, coincidence.
