The one with the low clearance bridge looks a lot like one in Danbury, CT on West Street, but it isn’t the same one- if memory serves the clearing there is just a bit under 11 ft. Trucks were hitting it all the time, but at lower speeds than the one in the video.
The West street bridge is not one way Traffic as per the video.
But yes, the West St Bridge gets hit all the time. Witnessed a few incidents myself
