That was painful to watch. Why did God invent alcohol? So the Irish wouldn’t rule the world.

How many Kennedy’s does it take to screw in a lightbulb?

Five–one to hold the bulb and 4 to drink until the room starts spinning……………..

Hopefully he learned to either drink or quit in the 8 years since.

Probably became a cop or a priest, but most likely a political consultant.

I think it’s Tom Perez – Chairman of the Democratic National Committee.

Explains a lot…

According to the time stamp that said 1050 in the morning. That’s impressive. I wonder if he was in something else too. Hard to believe he can be that fucked up and still be conscious.

He was probably fine until he got out of the car & had to stand up. I wonder if he drove there?

I have always believed in mind over matter. In my college years I did a lot of drugs…hallucinagens mostly plus reef and alcohol. I am an INTJ. Sometimes I would be led to situations…I mean parties where I knew almost nobody and I would freak out. My first reaction if on some drug such as MDMA or Acid was to get to my car, a 64.5 Mustang and GTFO. I was so high sometimes that I to put my free hand on the dashboard with a thumb up and line it up with the center line of the highway. I was determined to maintain. I did this more times than I care to remember. My mustang and I were one; I knew exactly what it could do. Never once was I busted or even ran over some animal. I would just drive first to get out the city and then until I came down enough to read road signs and figure out where I was.

I don’t recommend this to anyone. I am sure that I was lucky but it was also the luck of confidence.

I can relate. INTJ as well. I used to do the same kinds of things when trippin’. I never tried driving a car though, mostly because I had no DL or car at the time. Trying to maintain was part of the fun. I don’t ever recall freaking out while trippin’ though. I did see some rather freaky shit which probably should have made me freak out but, for lack of a better term, I “reasoned” the situations out and maintained. For practice I used to drop hits of acid at lunch time in HS then ramp up until final bell then it was off to the races until early evening. I’d sleep like a rock those nights as well. Only time I came close to freaking out was when I’d have an occasional bad trip. My mind would get stuck in a loop of worry thinking I might stay that way forever. I discovered that if I was anxious, stressed or unhappy before dropping acid, it would result in a bad trip. The first bad trip was the worst but I knew I was safe and reason prevailed. It’s amazing how clear those times still are in my mind. And what a good time it was!

I don’t recommend it either.

I’ve never mentioned that to anyone before and you’re the first I’ve ever heard speak of doing it.

Questions:
1. What is an INTJ?
2. Why would anybody take Flakka or some other drug like it, if they have seen someone else flopping around after taking it?
3. Can a person remember the Flakka experience after they recover?
4. Am I the only one who realizes that 60 year old to 65 year old rock musicians who die of an apparent heart attack probably died of an acute cocaine reaction? When you are 20-30 years old you can survive your heart beating at 150-200 beats per minute for several minutes, but after 50-60 years of hard living, can the old ticker still hammer on at that fast rate?

An INTJ is a rather rare personality type. This particular blog seems to attract a very high proportion of INTJ’s. You can read more and take the test yourself here: http://www.personalitypage.com/INTJ.html

They never had FLAKKA when I was doing drugs. These days I have to pee for employment and not for enjoyment so I’m on a drug free bender. 🙁 I doubt I would have taken FLAKKA though. I always avoided PCP on purpose because I had seen the effects that shit had on people. LSD and mushrooms on the other hand were a blast!

I’m 50. I tempted fate in a serious way with recreational drugs during my youth so I doubt I’d get into hallucinogens again but who knows? I don’t regret a minute from those days but I was in tip top shape back then and as you point out, those things are probably harder on an old fucker like me.

I’d bet that most rock star deaths have alcohol and coke and/or heroin involved. Heroin is tons of fun too but far more potent than most realize.

Here is a TBP article about INTJs.

You’ll see who is an INTJ, and the other types.

It also has a link to the Briggs Myers test, and you can see your classification.

WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE ARE DRAWN TO TBP?
