Clinton, Podesta And Others In Senate Crosshairs Over Dossier; Given Two Weeks To Respond

Via Zerohedge

GOP Congressional investigators have written six letters to individuals or entities involved or thought to be involved in the funding, creation or distribution of the salacious and unverified “Trump-Russia dossier” believed to have been inappropriately used by the FBI, DOJ and Obama Administration in an effort to undermine Donald Trump as both a candidate and President of the United States.

Senators Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Lindsey Graham (R-SCS) wrote six Judiciary Committee letters requesting information from: John Podesta, Donna Brazille, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Robbie Mook, the DNC, and Hillary For America Chief Strategist Joel Benenson.

A brief refresher of facts and allegations:

  • The DNC and Hillary Clinton’s PAC was revealed by The Washington Post  to have paid opposition research firm Fusion GPS for the creation of a dossier that would be harmful to then-candidate Donald Trump.
  • Fusion commissioned former UK spy Christopher Steele to assemble the dossier – which is comprised of a series of memos relying largely on Russian government sources to make allegations against Donald Trump and his associates.
  • According to court filings, Fusion also worked with disgraced DOJ official Bruce Ohr, and hired his CIA-linked wife, Nellie Ohr, to assist in the smear campaign against Trump. Bruce Ohr was demoted from his senior DOJ position after it was revealed that he met with Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson as well as Christopher Steele – then tried to cover it up.
  • Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman, John Podesta, denied under oath to the Senate Intelligence Committee that he knew about the dossier’s funding, while Clinton’s former spokesman, Brian Fallon, told CNN that Hillary likely had no idea who paid for it either.
  • Current and past leaders of the DNC, including Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) also denied knowledge of the document’s funding.
  • Podesta met with Fusion co-founder Glenn Simpson the day after the Trump-Russia dossier was published by Buzzfeed News.

The Senate Judiciary Committee letters read in part:

In October 2017, the Washington Post reported that Hillary for America and the Democratic National Committee had funded, via Fusion GPS, Christopher Steele’s creation of a series of memos relying largely on Russian government sources to make allegations against Donald Trump and his associates. A letter from the law firm Perkins Coie acknowledged that, ” [t]o assist in its representation of the DNC and Hillary for America, Perkins Coie engaged Fusion GPS in April of2016″ and that “the engagement concluded prior to the November 2016 Presidential election

the Committee has been investigating the FBI’ s relationship with Christopher Steele during this time his work was funded by Hillary for America and the DNC. The scope of our review includes the extent to which the FBI may have relied on information relayed by Mr. Steele in seeking judicial authorization for surveillance of individuals associated with Mr. Trump. It also includes whether any applications that may have been made for permission for such surveillance fully and accurately disclosed:

(1) the source of Fusion GPS’s and Mr. Steele’s funding;

(2) the degree to which his claims were or were not verified;

(3) the motivations of Mr. Steele, his clients, and his sources; and

( 4) representations about their contacts with the press.

The letter then goes on to list twelve questions – the last being a request for all communications between a list of 40 individuals or entities – including Christopher Steele, Bruce Ohr, Peter Strzok, Andrew McCabe, Glenn Simpson and former CIA Director John Brennan.

The six recipients of letters have two weeks to comply with the following requests (note; “Hillary for America” is replaced by “the DNC” depending on who the letter is addressed to):

What if no one can “recollect” anything about the dossier?

It’s more likely, since they’ve been given a heads-up through the letter, they’re all getting together now and colluding on their answers so they all have their stories straight and say the same thing. Other than that, they’ll probably plead the Fifth, if ever under oath.
I wish there was some way the FBI could pick each one up at the same time, take them to different rooms and have them give depositions under oath. Of course, their lawyers would have to be called to come in, too, but it would be worth a shot.

It would be funny if John “Pizzagate” Podesta and his brother fled to Russia like Snowden for ‘asylum’ after having spent two years trying to hang ‘Russian’ collusion around Trump’s neck.

Of course the Podesta brothers better make sure they keep their pants on if they go to any Moscow pizza parlors. Putin don’t put up with that crap

Grassley is doing good work but the problem is the DoJ/FBI and Mueller are doing everything they can to slow walk and stonewall Congressional Investigators. Consider the Strzok/Page test messages. Byron York in the Washington Examiner says only 4-7000 of the known 50,000 text messages have been turned over and none from the formerly declared ‘missing’ 5 month gap between December and May 2017 period. Also nothing from their personal phones ( if they have not been destroyed).

Then there is this. “Justice Department consulted with the office of Trump-Russia special prosecutor Robert Mueller and made some redactions “related to the structure, operation, and substance of the [Special Counsel’s Office]’s investigation because it is ongoing.”

OK but isn’t it far more likely any mention of the “structure, operation, and substance” of Meuller’s office by Strzok and Page will concern not who its targets are ( we already have a good idea it isn’t James Comey, Rod Rosenstein or anyone else at DoJ or the FBI ) but who and how Mueller selected the Clintonites who ended up on ‘team’. People like Strzok! Of course to divulge this would make Mueller himself the likely target of a future special prosecutor.

So what we have is a dirty FBI/DoJ trying to conceal its involvement in a criminal conspiracy to get Mueller appointed to take down Trump and then concealing from Congressional oversight the evidence of that because it would compromise Mueller’s corrupt investigation!

Ask yourself why the grand poobah at PP just resigned. Why give up a nice, good paying job like that. Could it be that she was offered a deal to avoid prosecution if she resigned and promised to testify against the higher ups? That Trump EO on human trafficking isn’t a joke.

There’s something surreal about these fuckers not releasing the memo.

It’s bigger than Watergate, and I have the feeling these dunderheads are going to do everything they can to fuck it all up and snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Every day they wait, the enemies of America have more time to prepare their defenses and even develop plans to turn the tables on these fucking cops that can’t shoot straight.

Not releasing the memo is a fucking joke. Just quit fucking around, rip off the fucking band aid, and let’s get on with it.

The timing of it, along with the buildup of demand leading up to it, is of critical importance.

Too early and with too little general public interest and if fails to do anything of value.

You’ve got to understand this is a race. The whole purpose of the DoJ/FBI plot was to ‘get’ Trump if he got elected. Since he did the only vehicle to do this was to get a special prosecutor appointed on the phony charge of ‘colluding with Russia’.

These folks weren’t stupid though. They knew Sessions had had ‘conversations’ with Russian officials before he became AG because they had been wiretapping everyone connected to the Trump campaign for months. So they could demand Sessions ‘recuse’ himself if he didn’t do it voluntarily and the decision would fall to fellow co-conspirator Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein, a career DoJ official over appointing and selecting a special prosecutor. Thus the Mueller investigation was born.

Now its a race to get an indictment against Trump BEFORE Congress has the goods on the corrupt nature of the Mueller appointment and the illegal surveillance of the Trump campaign before hand. No indictment of Trump will stand up in court because of the tainted circumstances of Mueller’s appointment and evidence but ‘impeachment’ doesn’t happen in the courts it happens in Congress and even a failed impeachment would wreck both Trump’s presidency and the GOPs future.

This is a carefully choreographed show and the actors are all so very good at their “roles” as to be predictable. I believe they are building a process to try these people in the court of public opinion. They are being given enough rope to hang themselves publicly. Once the memo comes out it will be devastating. I expect to both Arkancides and real suicides along with military tribunals and executions before it’s over. Relax and enjoy the show.

Our entire political system has a gate valve called the DOJ. No one can be investigated or adjudicated without passing through it. Therefore whoever holds the reins to this institution has complete control over who will or will not be prosecuted. Knowing that they openly accept falsehoods and politically commissioned indictments as if tit were evidence, but tolerate open subversion of the lawfully elected government in order to promote a hostile agenda, it would seem impossible to reform, absent extreme measures.

I couldn’t even guess at whether that may or may not occur.

Time will tell.

Francis, Trump is going to use military tribunals to both bypass and clean out the swamp creatures from the DOJ. He will use the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) He declared the National Emergency in the EO linked below. Read it closely. Q made a series of posts yesterday that were interpreted by one of the anons like this:

Read the links in the first two Q drops below. This is the authorization for what is coming and how it will be carried out legally.

The third Q drop pretty much names the targets. Read the link.

The fourth Q drop is the campaign video “that got Trump elected”. Listen to it very closely. This is the list of problems that will be resolved by the means spelled out above. Notice that he very specifically and emphatically refers to this election as being the “crossroads in the history of our civilization” and our “last chance”.

So…authorization and method + list of targets + problems that will be resolved.

Congress gave the President that power (in 2012, I think) with one of the previous previous NDAAs.

[Puffpo – https://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/dear-americans-this-law-makes-it-possible-to-arrest_us_57c9b648e4b06c750dd9cd6f – it was in 2012]

Conspiring to stage a coup, deposing the legitimately elected President, could clearly be viewed as a belligerent act. Particularly by the President on the receiving end of that attempt.

He is legally empowered in that act to just have these people disappear. No trials.

Maybe all this showmanship is just setting the stage for making that palatable to the masses?

The thought of Bill, Hillary, Obama, et. al., slowly rotting in an open-air cage in Cuba is somewhat appealing to many people already.

Maggie, GO READ that Executive Order signed by Trump on 12/21/17. It’s on the WH website. The EMERGENCY has already been declared.

Those were early clues dropped by Q like what must take place to give POTUS the powers to hold tribunals etc. The really juicy and delicious part of this is that the evil ones themselves twisted things around to give POTUS these powers. THEY NEVER THOUGHT SHE WOULD LOSE. The system was rigged to ensure HER victory. SHE was the POTUS that was supposed to use these powers to bring about our final downfall. By committing treason against the United States these people declared that they themselves are “enemy combatants”. Enemy combatants, under legislation enacted by Bush II (Ithink) and Obama are automatically stripped of their Constitutional rights and may be held completely isolated in “black” locations with absolutely no recourse and very limited access to counsel. The Supreme Court has already affirmed this and we saw it in action being used against terrorists held at GITMO. THAT is what they intended to do to many of US because THEY NEVER EXPECTED HER TO LOSE. I saw some info that said the tribunals have already been convened to familiarize themselves with the task ahead of them. It was said that the tribunals will have 12 “judges” or officers hearing the cases which is the magic number required to impose a death sentence.

Trump has already declared that this law is wrong and must be corrected. He wrote a letter to congress about it I think. IIRC, it got no traction because they expect to rid themselves of Trump via this Russia bullshit. So, Trump is going to use it against THEM and then change it later.

He’s got these evil fucks by the balls with a dozen different hands. The bad actors will be the agents of their own destruction. Trump has indeed been playing 5D Chess. Judging by the news, many or most don’t even have a clue how fucked they are.

His executive order from December gives him 90 days in which he can use the military to arrest and try the conspirators. Early in the series of crumbs, Q stated that using the military during a short term martial law was the only way to bring them to justice. That the corruption was just too deep and extensive.
They have two months left.

You can all keep on playing to lose. I play to win!

Why doesn’t Trump release the memo?!

The two shit- stained parties from the Shit-hole United States of Surveillance are hoping that the train wreck of sexual harassment and abuse allegations was enough of a shock doctrine distraction to result in the memory erasure of Americans that it was in fact the Republicans that originally financed the Steele/ Fusion GPS Trump wizzing Russian hookers dossier! Trump may be guilty of many things which the media has been entirely silent on, like selling weapons to Saudi Arabia and Israel, claiming that Jerusalem is Israel’s capital, inciting war against Iran, Syria, Turkey, North Korea,Afghanistan, and countries in Africa, aiding and abetting ISIS, backing Ukrainian Neo Nazis, increasing weapons aimed at Russian borders, increasing the CIA heroin trade, increasing the war on drugs, increasing the police state and surveillance state, increasing power to Wall Street and the FRAUDULENT AND TREASONOUS FEDERAL RESERVE!

Deny reality ! Take the red pill or the blue pill! Deny reality! Believe that Trump will MAGA, as you and your family lose your rights and freedom one second at a time!

Along with funding for a border Wall Trump should also ask for the funding of a Federal execution chamber using the electric chair. Right now the Feds have to use a states execution facilities to carry out a Federal execution (Tim McVeigh, John Muhammed and the guy who shot up the CIA Headquarters ).

Building a national execution chamber and making it out of white marble like the rest of DC’s momuments and naming it the Julius and Ethel Rosenberg National Execution Center would concentrate the minds of creeps like Adam Schiff, Sidney Blumenthal, Dianne Feinstein, Rod Rosenstein etc.
