If given the choice, I’d much rather see Civil War 2. I don’t have any desire to see Russians or pretty much any other nationality snuffed out, but I can think of loads of people here in the U.S. that I would like to see hanging from a rope in a tall tree, or whatever method is appropriate to put an end to their lies, corruption, and general insanity. Unfortunately a new civil war wouldn’t play out anywhere near as cleanly as the original north vs south. Let’s face it, just about no matter what state you live in, it’s probably populated with such a mix of ideologies, ethnicities, etc, that it would turn into a horrific shit show amazingly quick.
If you mean lagality by clean, then understand the number of ways Lincoln suspended the constitution would be helpful.

I am on record with family/friends predicting Civil War 2 since the Petulant One…won (or stole) the second term of his reasonably successfully radical transformation, especially debt wise and culturally.
I have lived in 5 of the 11 “cultures” in the U.S. and visited or worked in the other 6. I intentionally self-sorted a long time ago into the culture “I live” “I am” and “I identify with” GREATER APPALACHIA.
Just like past 4th Turnings Greater Appalachia values and warfare will be relentless and die hard shoot you in the face bloody. I don’t think Greater Appalachia will be as divided this 4th Turning as in the first Civil War…(outside the blue bubble hordes who won’t be Golden and won’t live long) but I could be wrong.
“Appalachia values personal sovereignty and individual liberty and is “intensely suspicious of lowland aristocrats and Yankee social engineers alike.” It sides with the Deep South to counter the influence of federal government.”
I know the link is old news to many here…but added it just in case. And yes, I know the author is a screaming liberal Yankee…but most of the book is historically accurate, its only at the end he gives up his personal leanings.
A self-destructive 4th Turning Civil War for the U.S. … to me fits into Biblical prophecy in the respect of as why the U.S. is not a major international player…eventually. We self-destruct. Of course there are other possibilities…but that is a prime possibility and looking more and more realistic.

So the man went home, lit a cherry bomb and put it in a beer can. He held the can up to his ear and began to count!

It also works in North Carolina west of the Tidewater assholes…who have been sucked into the bright blue DC/Norfolk orbit and now lift a soy boy pinky in the air while sipping their champagne.
