Trump can leave Sessions and Rosenstein on the payroll and still run the DOJ. A presidential order to ignore those two and cut off their telephones and internet access would be a good start. There are people out there who could be good advisers for Trump to personally run the department. There is a reason for the president leaving those two in place. I wish I knew what that reason was.
