What will be the outcome of today’s voting?
A. Republicans retain majorities in House & Senate
B. Democrats win majorities in House & Senate
C. Democrats win the House and Republicans retain the Senate
Who knows the real outcome? Too many unknowns for a proper forecast.
The biggest hurdle to voting here was finding the voting place. It was on a side road off a side road off a side road with a small nondescript vote here sign at about ground level. Once that was handled it took all of 7 or 8 minutes to park, walk inside, show photo ID, fill out the paper ballot & be on the way to the store for some needed stuff. No receipt & no way to see if my votes were counted properly. There were about 10 to 12 people in various stages of voting with one or two arriving & 3 or 4 leaving during my time there. Quick & painless. Maybe I could do it again later this evening… just kidding.

I went to the polling station with my wife. I grabbed a pamphlet from a democrat volunteer and a Republican volunteer and said, as I walked away from both of them, “this year I’m flipping a coin”. They both freaked out. My wife and I laughed out loud as we walked in.
Oh, we both voted Repupican. Yes, rePUPICan. I don’t trust a single shit.
