California to Tax Texting from Your Phone

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

California is proposing now to tax every text message you do on your phone. I have constantly warned after dealing with governments first hand for over 30 years, they NEVER see the problem as being them – it is always we the people. Their fiscal mismanagement is beyond repair and we should not expect anything other than death and taxes. You work your entire life and then want to retire and they still want taxes on your retirement funds. Then you die and they rush in to grab what is left. Even the Mafia had more respect for the people than those in government. I drew this cartoon years ago and it remains valid to this day.

The latest proposal in California as the state spirals toward insolvency in the year ahead is to constantly come up with new things to tax. They are already at the highest personal income tax rate in the country – 13.5%. They wanted to tax space shots per mile they traveled into the sky. What’s next? Imposing a tax per child you give birth to? How about taxing clean air?

The government has become an organized crime. If you do not pay, they confiscate everything you have and will often throw you in prison. Not even the Mafia will treat you that ruthlessly.

This latest scheme is a never-ending plot to tax anything and everything they can possibly think of. California is doomed. They never consider really looking at the trend in motion and where does this all lead. All they consider is they are broke right now so just raise taxes to get by for another quarter.

How exactly is this supposed to work? Does it apply to travelers on the road or in the air? Tourists? Fucking morons. That state seriously needs to be broke up.

Indeed, those still supporting freedom, need a safe haven to run to.

The problem is, those very liberty minded people congregate and create. Then the locusts move in, overpopulate and reallocate.

Does anyone know if the control freak filth in Sacramento or anywhere else tax off the grid solar or wind electricity or well or cistern water? In Shitcago they charge entertainment tax if there is any event with an entertainment tax visible from your apartment or home. They also charge a water runoff tax on parking lots. I guess you can say Rahm taxes the rain. I wonder if he is one of the 100 “right people” whose public execution Schlichter says would solve most of our problems overnight?

The Spanish government was taxing home solar power systems, because grid electrical rates were being used to fleece the Spaniards and solar power was economical in comparison (before the taxes were imposed).

Look past the money and study the meaning and results. Its really about taxation and slavery Going off the grid is real true freedom to live and not fund them. They hate that idea.

The 1st Amendment is a RIGhT not a privilege. Therefore “Free”dom of speech. Any tax to speech is taxation without representation. Nonrepresentation for the right.

That is an interesting perspective and I think you could not be more right. However, our courts have about as much use for the Constitution as boil in the crack of their asses.

Now the Dear Leader of Kalifornika wants to tax escaped Kalifornikans for ten years after they escape Kalifornika. Next: twenty years.
Noo Joizy wants to income-tax commuters who commute from Pennsylvania to Noo Yawk.
Pennsylvania income tax + Noo Yawk City income tax + Noo Yawk State income tax = $0.
