I propose a catch and release policy for the machete-wielders. The only proviso being that after they have been tazed, cuffed and processed, we release them in gated communities occupied or high-rise condos populated by lefties.

I forgot to add, this guy is an Italian living in Sardina, where there’s a lot of Muslim immigrants. He’s a professor at an Italian college.
