THIS DAY IN HISTORY – Senate investigation of FBI and CIA activities begins – 1975

Via History.com

A bipartisan Senate investigation of activities by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is launched by a special congressional committee headed by Senator Frank Church of Idaho. On November 20, the committee released its report, charging both U.S. government agencies with illegal activities. The committee reported that the FBI and the CIA had conducted illegal surveillance of several hundred thousand U.S. citizens.

The CIA was also charged with illegally plotting to assassinate foreign leaders, such as Salvador Allende, the democratically elected socialist president of Chile. In 1973, Allende was killed in a coup that the CIA secretly helped organize. The Senate committee also reported that the CIA had maintained a secret stockpile of poisons despite a specific presidential order to destroy the substances.

And how did this farce conclude?

It concluded with the CIA displaying (brandishing actually) an assassination weapon to CONgress.

CONgress hasn’t done jack shit since 1975.

Fuck you History.com and your shitty softball/misdirection/psyop articles. This is a textbook example of how they FUCK YOUR MIND OVER. They tell you about an event that forever out of the bottle, and cannot be put back inside. Everyone knows about Allende, so they bury you in repeat messages over the years and makes it hard for you to take a new angle on things.

What is more important? Knowing that the CIA stocked poison to fuck with the leadership in shit holes like Chile or knowing that the CIA stocks HEART ATTACK GUNS for the DOMESTIC LEADERSHIP in case they go off the reservation, in addition to the kiddie/homo sex tapes and other blackmail they hold over CONgress like the Sword of Damocles.

Again, I assume Admin posts this raw sewage so we can attack it more than learn from it.

And Warren Commission member Gerald Ford was President. First President to never receive a vote on a presidential ticket. They’ve always played the long game!

Fuck me sideways, I can’t say that I ever realized Ford was the first Prez never to have appeared on a ticket.
