News brings word that Jared Taylor has been banned from the Schengen Zone, which is most of Europe, until 2021. He learned of this while traveling in Europe. He was leaving Zurich for Stockholm when he was detained by border authorities. He was planning to speak at the Scandza Forum in Sweden and the Awakening in Finland. Instead he will spend the night in the airport and then he will be deported. The reason for this was not given, but Jared suspects it has to do with his recent trip to Poland.
This is another example of the fact that the West is no longer a world bound by fixed rules objectively enforced. There are plenty of rules, for sure, but those rules are arbitrary and subject to the whims of the administrative state. In this case, someone in the Polish government had him banned from Europe. There has been no reason given, but the reason is obvious. Someone in the administrative state decided to score points with their coreligionists by pushing the right buttons on the screen to have Taylor banned.
That is the pattern we have seen with the de-platforming and doxxing over the last several years. The people responsible are not at the top. It is people in the bureaucracies of government, the tech oligopolies or the banks. For example, we know petty tyrants at Amazon are responsible for the rash of book banning there. It’s not Jeff Bezos or some C-level executive making these decisions. Instead it is people in the labyrinth of cubicles spread around the globe. It’s petty tyrants exercising their tiny bit of arbitrary power.
This is a phenomenon we see all over the West now. The massive bureaucracies that maintain the custodial state, most of which are outside the reach of democratic oversight, are filled with people having the disposition of meter maids. They not only delight in enforcing the smallest of rules, but they take pleasure seeing their victims suffer grave consequences from running afoul of those small rules. It’s this sadism that drives them to seek out new victims and torment them like cats playing with a mouse.
That’s what you see here. The Polish lunatics who got Taylor banned decided to make a study of him, in order to pick the right time to inflict the maximum pain. She saw that Taylor would be in Europe around this time and pushed through the ban so it created the maximum amount of inconvenience for him and the event organizers. She was probably hoping Taylor would be in Stockholm, so his deportation could be a made into a public spectacle. Again, these petty tyrants take pleasure in their work.
This is the reality of rule by childless females operating in massive bureaucracies free of responsibility. No one at the top in these organizations fears the wrath of voters or their representatives, so they are now immunized from all legal consequences. As a result, they have no reason to makes sure the people working in their fiefdoms follow the rules of decency, much less the laws of their host countries. If the bureaucrat, who banned Taylor, is found to have been wrong, nothing happens to her or her bosses.
For some reason, this reality, that there are no rules and that our enemies will never play fair, never sinks in with dissidents. Jared Taylor has given most of his adult life to this cause, which is why he gets treated this way by the rulers. The fact that he won’t just die makes them angry. At the same time though, he has to accept that he must play by an entirely different set of rules. There will never be a debate in the public space in which he gets to challenge the people in charge. It will never happen. It can never happen.
Consequently, he cannot be seen to be trying to create such a debate. When he went on Polish TV, it was like waving a red cape in front of a bull. Every girl power tyrant in the Polish government was seeing blood. The race was on to see who could land a hit on the man who dared challenge them. From the perspective of the people in charge, simply trying to speak in the public square, their public square, is enough of a provocation to justify whatever torments they can inflict on those who dare challenge them.
That should have been the lesson of Charlottesville. If that rally had been held in Utah, the Left would not have cared that much. If it had been organized in Texas, it may not have gained any attention at all. Holding it in a college town with deep connections to the Progressive cult, was viewed by the Left as an attack. From their point of view, they gave the organizers plenty of warnings. The fact that they persisted was proof that this threat had to be dealt with through any means necessary and that is exactly what has happened.
The reality of dissident politics is it must happen in the shadows. Anyone who argues otherwise is either too stupid or too dishonest to be trusted. The public space is off-limits to anything but the very narrowly approved discourse. To keep trying to get access to the public space is only giving our rulers license to crack down harder on anything that upsets the women in corporate HR. There’s no shaming these people. There can be no appeal to their humanity, as they have no soul. There is no reasoning with them.
That means working as an underground resistance that only sees the public space as a way to increase the cost to the rulers and guide the interested into a lengthy process of allying with and perhaps joining the resistance. The model is not interwar Germany, despite what people like Richard Spencer claim. The model is occupied France or Ireland under British rule. It’s not a battle for power or the public space. It’s an everyday fight to throw sand in the gears of the occupiers, to drive up the cost of occupation.

This is a sad development. And I thought the Poles were like the Hungarians; eager to keep the native bloodlines strong and keep out the invaders that seek to infest, degrade, and ultimately destroy.

The de-platforming by online payment services; the violation of Constitutional rights against alt-right groups who had obtained permits to legally assemble in public (no explanation was ever given as to why those alt-right groups, despite having gone through the legal channels and attained formal and official permission to meet as groups, were suddenly denied the use of their permits while leftist groups without permits were granted unfettered access to public spaces for their own “countergatherings”), the banning of right-wing personalities from Facebook and YouTube and Twitter, the arrest of Tommy Robinson… all this comprises one factor.
The constant harping against white men, the blatant double-standards, the demonization of white people, the insistence in the media, in academia, and by TV personalities that nonwhites cannot be racist (because racism is defined as power plus privilege – a classic example of the left redefining words to suit its agenda), affairs such as the Jussie Smollett disgrace and the numerous hate crime hoaxes since 2016, the virtual bounty placed on Nick Sandmann’s head, the complete neglect of black-on-white crime (with some particularly egregious and hellish cases – Hugh Christopher Newsom and Channon Christian) coupled with the deliberate misrepresentation of actual, real-world crime statistics (blacks commit half of all U.S. criminal homicides per annum despite being 13% of the U.S. population; blacks committing crimes vs. whites at numbers far higher than the other way around; blacks being overrepresented in criminal encounters between themselves and police)… all this comprises another factor.
The Democratic Party’s focus on open borders, the calls to abolish ICE, the shrill claims that “no human is illegal,” the left’s neglect of Americans murdered by illegal aliens (Kate Steinle), affirmative action, all the entitlements illegal aliens get, the knee-jerk accusation that whites who complain about this are racist… yet another factor.
The next-door Democrat who is an otherwise decent person may not necessarily want the following, and he may not even grasp that it’s brewing or that it could brew. But the upper echelons of the Democratic Party and key figures in activist leftist groups, even if aware, publicly make no mention of the fact that patterns of behavior like these cannot possibly continue indefinitely without blowback.
Blowback does not and cannot happen if there has not been a wind blowing in one direction first. And the way these anti-white winds have been blowing, I speculate blowback will come, and that it’ll come
in a frightening fashion.
Many formerly racially apathetic whites are now in the alt-right. And I speculate the alt-right’s numbers are growing. All of these trends are doing nothing other than to profoundly embitter and infuriate whites, and many have been running into Jared Taylor’s arms.
I am aware that many black conservatives (Thomas Sowell, Larry Elder) are ideologically mortal enemies of the left and in debates would shred all leftist talking points to pieces. This is why a giant like Sowell is never granted TV coverage (outside of Fox; I’ve seen Tucker Carlson interview him). But the media and the powers that be portray a narrative such as that blacks cannot possibly be anything other than Democrat; the media utterly ignores pro-Trump conservative African-Americans (the media also only focuses on “good” whites – the whites who are leftists). And, many whites are not going to care that many blacks despise identity politics, victimization, the grievance industry, and so forth. Many are so livid they see nothing but race now.
I do not want violence, but what one person whose TBP user ID is “The Modern Chronicler” wants is absolutely irrelevant. If the powers that be stay on this imprudent course whereby white Americans are constantly vilified and demonized, with all that I have outlined above, they cannot expect dormancy endlessly. I am by no means advocating violence, but my perception is that many white Americans are silently outraged, and while Donald Trump’s candidacy and election victory was to many a cathartic event, the deep state’s efforts to thwart his agenda, both through the Russian collusion delusion, through Trump’s unwise picking of neocons, and through the media’s unrestrained efforts to portray him as a figure of fun (Fox excepted) have made it clear that the assault on white people is to continue. That the media celebrated the takedowns of Confederate statues is an example.
Silencing angry whites after mistreating them and portraying them as racist devils on TV is not going to change their hearts. On the contrary, to deny white people the right to simply voice their views will only increase their conviction that someone and something out there is quite powerful and is using that power to persecute them. Many white people will see what happened to Jared Taylor in Poland as further proof that whites are being hunted, and not every white person has Taylor’s gentlemanly, scholarly, refined, erudite, and noble demeanor.
Some people say that these cultural conflicts and ideological rifts that have shown how America has become very divided are deliberate – that it is part of a “divide and conquer” strategy through which blacks, whites, Latinos, Asians, Jews, men, women, straight, gay, sexually as born, transgendered, rich, poor, etc., all turn on each other, and that the greater the potential for civil strife within U.S. society, the greater the confusion if the potential is tapped, and the powers that be will step in and exploit all the hostility and animosity between and across groups in ways that will appear to be peace-making but which will ultimately serve to consolidate their power at the expense of the Constitution and of American rule of law. If this hypothesis is true, then all this targeting of whites is just part of a plan to get the whites of America furious.
But if it is not true – if it simply arrogant bureaucrats who believe they are endowed with the moral and legal right to make the lives of ideological adversaries miserable – they may for now escape any repercussions. But if (and again, I make it clear, I do not want violence) there are repercussions, these bureaucrats will have as much blood on their hands as all the leftist agitators, liars, grievance industry mongers, and instigators. They failed to see the sky-high statistics of rapes and sexual molestation (including of children) in Europe by Middle Eastern migrants starting in 2015 after they wanted them all accepted into Europe in the name of “humanitarianism.” They failed to see how 8 years of the mockery of conservatives, of classical American values, by the arrogant left resulted in a Trump presidency. They fail to see that talk of gun control increases NRA memberships and purchases of guns.
Thus, it is likely they will fail to see that with every de-platforming, every deportation of a Jared Taylor, every claim white people are the biggest terrorist threat in America, every shrill declaration that only whites can be racist…. all of this will have consequences. And if these consequences are such that they shock these leftists who view whites as their moral inferiors, whom they look down on and whom they think they have the right to morally hector, it will be the left’s responsibility.
A demographic cannot be repeatedly made to be villainous and innately bigoted without a response. The increase in the ranks of the alt-right has been one such response. Yet again, I make it clear I do not want any violence. But should it come – the left will be at fault.
When a social movement reaches 10% of the populace, it becomes unstoppable – and we hit 10% of the white population in 2016. It’s above 50% now – even if most of them don’t necessarily identify as Alt-Right, they hold the same ideas and views we do.

A sad aspect of the current state of affairs is that it was avoidable. Even with the 1965 immigration act, if the culture hadn’t degenerated into what it has become; if there weren’t double-standards, if there was absolute fairness and impartiality; if nonwhite crimes vs. whites were as low as white crimes vs. nonwhites are; if whites weren’t being lambasted, mocked, attacked, denounced, crucified; and, of course, if immigration laws were obeyed, if the border had been secured, and if illegal aliens were summarily deported (to the extent that, let’s say, there were not even 1 million illegal aliens in America)… if all this had been the case, the white Americans who have become embittered and angry would not have been stimulated to hold such animus (or at least not to the extent that many now do).
Another factor that must be pointed out is that America is extremely generous to immigrants yet the progressives of today bash it as a perennially and irremediably racist and bigoted nation. How much more must America do to satisfy these chronically aggrieved leftists? America is far more generous and giving to newcomers than virtually all other countries (surely more than any other First World nation) and light-years more generous than traditional societies in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and even Latin America when it comes to treating newcomers well.
It goes back to what I wrote: there are always consequences. Had whites been respected, not provoked, and largely LEFT ALONE, why would they get mad?
I’ve always considered the ascendance of Trump to be a political counter-reaction, albeit a small one, to the increasing growth of Leftism in the United States. To me, he’s little more than an anomalous and temporary speedbump on the socialist road to Hell. Uncompromising extremist ideologues are willing to eliminate those who don’t agree with them but in the American version of this theater, I’m more than willing to bet the quislings among us aren’t going to expect the vengeance visited on them, or the blood extracted to be their own.
It was more than a small counter-reaction. Even if President Trump wins in 2020 (I will vote for him), some say he’s a delay holding off the left. Whether that’s true or whether conservatism’s counterattack lasts quite a while, we’ll see. But I’m just glad he’s president.
