“The Last Stone” is a book that details a 40 year old cold case involving the disappearance of 2 young pre-teen girls and revolves around police interviews of an incarcerated perp over a 3 year period of time that resulted in his finally admitting his part in the heinous crime, though there was far too little solid evidence to prosecute. An interesting aspect of the case was the extent to which family members were likely involved in the crime and/or a coverup in one way or another. The author makes the point that the extended family-with widespread roots in Appalachia-was largely beyond comprehension: several of the young females and even some of the males were sexually abused by older family members over long periods of time, often with knowledge of even the matriarchs of the family. After a while I thought of Hillary’s term “deplorables” and felt maybe it was an apt description of that clan.
The perp claimed he was repeatedly sexually molested and physically beaten by his father and his uncle. The uncle’s wife apparently was pretty sly and after the first inquiry by the cold case team she became uncooperative. Little did she know there were taps on her phone and her calls of warning to other members of the clan were noted by investigators, which led to a wider investigation. She eventually was prosecuted for obstruction of justice.
So, let’s get to the point: the husband of Hillary was raised primarily by his mother who reportedly ran a whore house in Hot Springs, Arkansas and had several men in her life. Not much is usually revealed about the true circumstances under which the future president was raised, yet after a lengthy history of sexual misconduct allegations against him one has to wonder how much of his behavior might be due to a similar upbringing as that of the perp?
Hillary’s reported vindictiveness towards several of her husband’s accusers strikes of similar protective behavior as noted in the book about the cold case.
A couple of revelations:
** Perhaps Hillary has a history of experience with her own clan of deplorables and knows of which she speaks.
** Perhaps the perp has similar behavioral traits as the ex-president, only with about 35 points less IQ.
Just sayin.
As far as Bill and Hillary’s childhoods…
I have heard/read that abused people (in many similar or identical ways) abuse people…often in the exact perverted ‘torment power and control’ inflicted pain they were abused with. Have no personal experience with it…thank God.

The cold case team concluded that one of the girls had her body chopped into pieces, stuffed into a duffel bag, and the perp took it on a 5 hour drive to a cousin’s backwoods home and threw it into a bonfire where it burned for a couple of days.
