New Law Requires You To Listen To Greta Thunberg Lecture Before Purchasing Gasoline

Via The Babylon Bee

U.S.—A series of new bills working their way through state legislatures in New York, California, Oregon, Hawaii, and several other progressive states will require you to listen to a Greta Thunberg lecture before purchasing gasoline.

Motorists will be required to watch a 20-minute lecture by the 16-year-old climate activist before they purchase gallons and gallons of harmful fossil fuels.

“We want to make sure drivers are informed,” said California Governor Gavin Newsom, who says he will sign the bill into law. “So we are having them get lectured by a 16-year-old so they will have all the facts before they do something rash like put gasoline in their cars to go to work.”

Once the driver has listened to Thunberg’s entire lecture, they will be prompted to complete a quick, fifteen-question quiz to show they understand how horrible they are for driving a car. Drivers who get at least 80% will then be allowed to refuel their vehicles. As they refuel, the screen will simply play a clip of Thunberg saying, “How dare you!” over and over again.

The law will not apply to celebrities purchasing jet fuel.

Far from being “fossil fuel”, hydrocarbons are not only plentiful but are being renewed by yet-unknown processes deep within the earth.
The term “fossil fuel” was coined in the 1950s when little was known about the processes by which oil is produced. Oil is “abiotic” in nature, as even depleted oil wells are “filling back up” from deep below the earth’s surface.
Oil interests are drilling wells at 5,000 feet, 10,000 feet, and 15,000 feet and deeper, and coming up with oil deposits way below the layers and levels where “fossils” were known to exist.
As Russia gained much expertise in deep-well drilling and coming up with oil deposits far deeper than that of the level of “fossils”, abiotic oil at extreme depths was actually a Russian ‘state secret” for a long time.
Not only that, but there are planetary bodies in which hydrocarbons are naturally occurring (without fossils).
“Peak oil” and “fossil fuels” are discredited concepts that environmentalists and others are latching on to, in order to display their hatred of oil being a renewable resource as well as to push prices up.
Follow the money.

I agree with Anarchyst. Abiotic oil is manufactured by a number of unicorns working together deep within the earth. Shell Oil has a pipeline directly to their workshop, but isn’t telling anyone about it.

This is beside the little Nabisco slave shop where the elves are forced to make cookies day in and day out…

There is a great deal of this going on in retail. Walmart has led the charge by self-authorizing itself to limit purchase of certain items. Not only did my husband have to be “authorized” to purchase Horny Goat Weed by a Walmart employee who had black lips and black manicured fingernails to match HIS beard and eye makeup a couple of weeks ago, the other day he ran inside just for spray paint and someone had to come make sure he was over the age of 18 to buy red spray paint.

Seriously.

Are teens “huffing” the paint like they did gasoline in the 80s? Or is there a rash of Red Graffiti we didn’t know about here in flyover country?

And, how come just because the best decongestant can be used in meth cooking, the rest of us have to have stuffy noses and blocked sinus passages?

Surely this is a joke but if it isn’t, those states should tar and feather their politicians.

Shut off all the gas pumps in Blue States ASAP! One day we will all have to suddenly (EMP?) go back to horses and millions of city slickers will starve because farmers and truckers (mule skinners/crackers) won’t be able to produce or transport as much food. Frankly, I’ll be glad to be rid of the FSA taxing the hell out of everything I own and produce, and the Useful Idiots that vote against everything I stand for (like the Constitution, Traditional Families, Pro-Life, Guns. the Gospel, work, education, etc).

Great idea. Nothing like a droning, cranky liberal bitch to motivate one to buy a bigger pickup with a bigger motor…thinking maybe a conventional Peter Bilt converted to a 4 dr stake-bed next time. Probably go mid 60’s to avoid any semblance of exhaust reducing bs in order to assure maximum coal-rollage. Seriously though, I’m about 50 percent that “Greta” is a studio fabrication. Might not even be a chick. Heck, she might not even be humanoid.
