Where to Go?

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

It is still too early to forecast which areas will be best specifically. In general, the major regions will be split politically between left and right. There will be stark differences politically between California v Texas and Florida for example. You certainly do not want to be in any state that is out of control with respect to taxes and police abuse. Most people would never guess, but the state that abuses the law the most is Iowa. The percentage of drivers who have been given speeding tickets is 23.2%.

That is a stunning percentage of the population. Indeed, Iowa wrote 148,755 tickets in 2016, which was a lot given the population compared to 712,000 tickets written by New York. Additional states where the percentage of people who have been given speeding tickets over 20% are Wisconsin (20.2%), Ohio (20.5%), Nebraska (20.8%), Wyoming (21.3%), South Carolina (22.7%), and North Dakota (23.1%).

We have states that have been funding themselves with traffic fines for all sorts of things. A friend’s wife was ticketed for looking at Google maps on her phone while at a red light. She went to court to prove she was not texting. The judge ruled for the state, as they are instructed to do, and fined her by saying she is not even allowed to look at he phone. So if she had a paper map, that would have been OK. So this is what we call legal persecution for monetary gain.

Minnesota passed a law this year stating NO cell phone in your hand when you are driving. Including stopping at a red light.

Yes and 2 days ago I see a gal just yakking it up on her phone on Hwy 65 just north of Minneapolis.
Some people just think it doesn’t apply to them.
But to be honest I speed every morning to stay with the pack on the Hwy.

Good information but a bit overblown. Yeah, i get the coppers are shooting people left and right for “i felt imminent threat”.

If they’re fining the dumbasses that are on the mobile phone while driving more power to them.

Of course government theft is wrong. We are going to eliminate it eventually. We just need to steal a little bit more from you, because you wouldn’t be able to handle total non-theft and freedom yet…And we the government can decide the appropriate amount. You see we have to take…baby steps.

I drove for 3 years without license plates on an expired Texas license where I am (Caribbean island). No one bothered me. There are no traffic lights or stop signs. Cops don’t have radar; they only recently got vehicles.

Haven’t had vehicle insurance in 15 years because it’s not mandatory. The reduced stress level while on the road is something I now take for granted.

My Mitsubishi diesel delivery van has no airbags and few safety features. Bought it almost new for $13,000. There’s no such thing as a vehicle inspection.

And guess what – life is just fine without all that shit.

Yeah, stupid Americans don’t realize they gave up all their freedom for slavery to criminals. Americans are lobomotized zombies trained to blame red/blue left/right. Americans had the freedom you found in the islands but gave it up because “there ought to be law fir that”, a bunch of dumb mindless zombie pigs. I am looking forward to watching them lose everything as karma for their total destruction of all peace and freedom.

Haven’t seen a real storm in 15 years. I never have to worry about freezing in winter.

Now just think about that missing $23Trillion that Catherine Austin Fitts and Dr. Skidmore uncovered.

Where did that money go?

It built underground bases, funded the drug trade, there’s probably a huge stockpile of weaponry and ammo waiting for SHTF time. The MIC is going to take over without the fig leaf of democracy, elections, etc. Raw military dictatorship is a very real possibility. Enjoy the carnage.

“life is just fine without all that”

well, sure. until you’re making a left-hand turn and some drunk with no insurance and with unmaintained brakes T-bones you. then life’s not fine at all. but until then, yeah, your stress level is a lot lower and life’s peachy.

it’s like people saying, “turn off the news, you’ll be happier.” yep, it’s true, absolutely. until you open your door one day and see what the news is talking about standing right there on your doorstep and you’re not ready. but until then you’ll be much happier.

You’re repeating the scare tactics the gov’t uses. Yes, accidents happen and yes, certain safety features are valuable. Increasing vehicle costs to where people can’t afford all the features is a hidden cost you don’t mention.

Look at your scenario. Where is the actual problem? It’s the drunk, not the vehicles involved. The law allows drunks to keep repeating their violations. The gov’t needs the drunks to scare you into line and in your case it’s working.

How about a drunk driver gets a year of hard labor for the first offense assuming only property damage; 5 years and up for personal injury and a 22cal head shot for a fatality. Do you think drunk driving would decrease? The filth in the society needs to be eliminated, not coddled and excused.

You’re putting the focus on the wrong issue, playing right into gov’t hands to continue the policy of enslavement.

that won’t put your spine back into alignment or put your fingers back on your hand or put your jaw back on your face, or pay your bills trying to do that. or replace your kid if they’re run over.

“scare tactics”

scare tactics are what happens to other people. reality is what happens to you. yeah, you’re absolutely right, “life is just fine without all that”, for 15 years that’s your reality – until one day it’s not.

I believe it would be correct to call you a statist.

The system that you’re obviously in favor of produced this:

I submit that he’s the problem, not all the insurance and vehicle mandates that cost all of society a fortune. Get rid of the human trash and the rest is manageable.

If you can’t identify a victim, then there is no crime. Period.

All laws that create victim less crimes should be null and void. All laws that have arbitrary limits like age, sex, race, etc should be stricken as asinine.

The prosecution of victimless ‘crimes’ creates a victim. When that victim seeks justice against the perpetraitors then they charge the victim with another ‘crime’. The criminals who have created the most victims of all are those who fraudulently claim they are cops, prosecutors and judges.

When there are victimless ‘crimes’ then one can know for a fact that their government has been overthrown by criminals.

Someone down voting your comment demonstrates that the criminals lurk here too.

I had a judge tell me that the law was injured during a speeding ticket jury trial. I always got jury trials.

He, of course, had to believe that because his job depends on it.

” the law was injured ” You should’ve asked the criminal claiming to be a judge, so does this mean the Constitutional law article 1 section 10 -“no State shall make any Thing but gold and silver coin a tender in the payment of debts” is being injured right now by you accepting a private bank’s debasing debt note as tender for the time you claim as working in a constitutional capacity?

If you claim this is true, I will accept your claim of law being injured in this case if you plead guilty to debasing the currency and agree to punishment prescribed by coinage act of 1792 for debasing the tender.

What I used to do in traffic court and on the road when stopped by a cop I would not do now; way too dangerous. I’d never sign a ticket, imploring the cop to take me immediately to a magistrate which is what the law says, but that never happened. I’d get jury trial just to waste the municipalities funds. I’d write my own motions, etc. Learned everything from the National Motorists Association.

I had a good friend (Richard ‘Dick’ Simkannin) that died in federal prison for standing up for his rights. He refused to withhold taxes from his employees (Arrow Custom Plastics) and was open about it asking the IRS to show him the law, not the regulation, but the law that states he must withhold.

He was a multi millionaire and put full page ads in USA Today explaining his position. Long story short, after numerous grand juries, one indicted him and he was eventually found guilty of tax evasion. That was the last straw for me. It took a few years, but I left the country. The Internet has various versions of his story and none are really accurate, but the one from Infowars is the closest.

I was aware of Dick’s story – probably not the details you know but I did read the public court filings. It was really sad what happened to him. He was American hero as far as I am concerned. Another American hero who I don’t even know his name but I spoke to his wife for about a half day when his website went down in 2007 is the founder of wealth4freedom.com. The irs and fbi attacked him hard not for any specific crime but just because of his site and vast wealth of info he had compiled. He was a helicopter pilot in vietnam who saw the us war crimes firsthand and basically realized that America was gone and needed to know how it was lost – he found the answer published his findings and he was attacked for it. Most of the dumb americans who write in places like this don’t realize that if they are not attacked by fbi/pentagon ops then the fact is that they don’t know the truth. The real sovereigns have learned the truth and while most are attacked most also win. The real sovereigns are why the fbi lists sovereign citizens as domestic terrorists, they need an angle to keep the judges in line and not setting precedent to reinforce their correct positions so they teach criminal thugs sovereign issues and plaster those stories across news and judiciary/cop training via adl.

I have won all but 1 ‘court’ cases they have threw at me since I learned the truth – never got convicted for jail time. I did try to have the grand jury indict the criminal cops and judges, I obtained proof of crimes on them and built an extensive case but the DA and US attorney obstructed justice and committed misprision by blocking my access to grand jury – I knew they would but I wanted hard proof that the gov has been overthrown. One thing I realized in that effort is that there are ALOT of patriots working inside courthouses willing to spy to get dirt on the criminals. There are MANY working in the courts who know the ‘judges’ and prosecutors are totally corrupt criminals and they will help. I found that there is a certain divine protection when actively seeking to uphold the law not just defending yourself but really upholding the law.

I am in a new state now and in a place where they don’t mess with me at all. I have a formula down at this point that maintains my peace and keeps them at bay. I am still openly calling for grand juries to issue presentments that will lead to the prosecution and execution of the bar conspirators though but they haven’t given me valid cause for me to seek indictments directly from the Grand jury here. But if they ever do then it will be pushed all the way to justice here – there is extensive support here and I think the crats know they better not throw a match into the powder keg -they are tiny in comparison and we have broad support from every different level – from the poorest to the wealthiest. This area is also probably the most heavily armed people in America with a vast array of people with very large weapons caches ready to arm everyone at a moments notice including many with advanced HEAVY weaponry. It is a heavily Christian area with people who know the real Christian history of the phrase Resistance to Tyranny is Obedience to God. It is also a place with very little crime.

Glad to hear you made it to a more sensible place. I wish America would come to its senses and arrest the bar conspirators, give them a very public and fair trial and once convicted execute them but it looks like Americans are going to have to lose everything instead which if they don’t bring the criminals to justice and restore the common law then they deserve to lose everything and I will fully support their total enslavement and despotism if they don’t bring the criminals to justice and extracate the bar conspirators from gov permanently.

I recommend Chuck Smith’s public indictment for viewing:
