The Chinese doctor who tried to raise the alarm about the new coronavirus before it was even identified has died of the deadly virus.
Dr. Li, 34, was hospitalized on January 12 after contracted the virus from his patient, and he was confirmed to have the coronavirus on February 1, and The World Health organization has just confirmed his passing…

Dr, Li was later summoned by Wuhan police to sign a reprimand letter in which he was accused of “spreading rumors online” and “severely disrupting social order.”
In the meantime, local authorities had apologized to him but that apology came too late, and now with 10s of millions of Chinese locked down under martial law, Wenliang was proven very much right.

My late mother backed my father down once over toilet paper. She told him in no uncertain terms that she will “NEVER” go without TP again in her life. She was a depression woman that had decided there were things in life that had value, TP being one of them. Your advise is sound. I can make beer, wine or whiskey but, TP can be a bit more challenging. The food thing is already handled.

Rumor has it that several countries are trying to weaponize some nasty virus to focus on certain DNA traits. I’m guessing the Chinese could make theirs target white people while the US could weaponize theirs to target yellow people.
Could this virus be more lethal to certain types of Asians via a targeted DNA focus? I’m just speculating, but when young healthy people die and older sicker ones live, there should be a controlling influence you can point at as the cause of the discrepancy.
Could this be a US virus dropped into Wuhan because they knew it had a level 4 facility and any virus incident would be blamed on that facility due to proximity? Just my conspiratorial mind speculating.

Lordy but that article is garbage.
1) He’s using a sledge hammer to swat a fly. A simple 3-term polynomial curve fit in Excel is doing as well as his technique. (3 terms include a x-squared, an x and a constant)
2) Maybe he hasn’t noticed but the vast # of cases are China-based reporting. China has ’bout 1.8 billion as I remember and their reporting is suspected to be biased low. So, it burns them all out?
3) Even so, # cases “ex China” are currently growing only HALF the rate as the China cases. Where are the next 700 million cases going to come from?
4) Why stop at 2.5 billion, what/when are his peak and decline to zero dates? There has to be an implicit reason for the peak and downturn…or are they just pulling average burnout dates from past patterns of other diseases?
