With a four generations of human behavior/T4T perspective, I’ve seen this a little different than most who interpret. For me, the three generations span the sixty years between 1950 and 2008ish, the reboot called The High through the harvest of The Unraveling.
The scorched earth of the near total gathering-in left a smoky view of wealth by the time The Great Recession began, but a masterful mirror job has been pulled since to simulate good fortune.
Or the fog penetration that this kind of thinking brings about:

That Crime Against Humanity makes them accessory (responsible) for this Man Made Plague Holocaust and they should face a Nuremberg Trial.
The taxpayers in the US are being stolen from to pay the salaries of 13,000 biowarfare criminals working at 400 labs around the world, to create just this kind of weapon. There is PLENTY of guilt and plenty of guilty folks that need to face justice.
