I’ve listened to the guy and he give sound , well reasoned advice and clearly knows from whence he speaks . Trump would do well to replace Fauci with him, or at least take his advice. Thanks for posting.

I’ve heard him interviewed before all of this happened. He has common sense questions about all vaccines so that automatically makes him a target for them to shoot down. They want patentable meds and vaccines because a brazillion $$ more of profit is never enough.

What unit is iu?

Individual unit? A measure iv’e seen on vitamin bottles.
International Unit. Based on the recommended daily dose so it varies depending on what is being measured.
Well I had the second half right. Not bad for a wild guess.
What measure is an iu?
I looked it up and it makes zero sense, and changes with the vitamin and how it is administered, which makes it a useless measurement.
Apple, if you buy vitamins, the IU will be listed on the bottle. Buy the bottle with the IU listed above and it will give you amount of the vitamin you need per day.

Allow me to tell you my own experience with vitamin C. In two years of taking Liposomal vitamin C I have not even had a sniffle until last week and I doubled my dose to 1600mg and and extra 50mg of zinc citrate and it was gone the next day.
With stage 4 emphysema and a very low heart ejection fraction It’s difficult to keep moisture off my lungs and am very suseptable to sinus infections. I have been hospitalized countless times for Bronchitis and pneumonia over the years and never went a year without getting a severe head and chest cold twice a year whether I needed one or not. To be free of that curse for two years is like Chrismas every day. It turns out that the vitamin c sold most commonly is pretty inferior after researching online a little bit. My toenail fungus also disappeared as well after about 7 months. I can’t prove any of this scientifically thank God. We are so damn in love with expert opinions it’s killing us. Rachel Carson was right but because the lefties co-opted the message we refused to listen. I have always been and outside person so Vitamin D is taken for granted in my account here.
