Every Covid 19 Commercial is Exactly the Same

Yes indeed.
The advertising agency has not been affected at all.
They’re peddling their brand of mind fuckery 24/7.

During a painful 1-month stay home and shelter in place, a few observations were discovered.

1. The MSM that was routinely ignored for their dishonesty prior to Covid was still bull shitting the audience with their 4 am talking points across all media formats, complete with the latest BS numbers, fear mongering catch phrases, repetitive slogans. I finally woke up, and abandoned the TV, and MSM internet sites.

2. Them pricks still had jobs and income streams, but they told the middle class workers to stay home.

3. It was eerie, in the 1st couple of weeks of quarantine. All the businesses that were shuttered. To avoid going batshit crazy from the media barrage and cabin fever, I’d take a bike ride into the downtown area of a formerly thriving small city in my area. It was spooky. No traffic. I kept thinking about Stephen King’s “The Stand” and what I vaguely remembered from memory. Typical boil down to a fight between good and evil, in the final days. Worrisome.

4. Amazed me how often tort lawyers advertised on TV. They blow. Under the guise of helping poor, aggrieved and injured whiners who think somebody owes them a lottery payday for doing them wrong, the lawyers are the reasons litigation exposure risk premiums are sky high. Dr. malpractice suits drove many good Docs into early retirement.
With a few rare exceptions, the people involved in the lawsuit scam industry are scum of the earth.

5. Early days of Shelter In Place brought a noticeable absence of the LEO patrols for speeders, and neighborhood suspicious activity patrol. I saw far less cops on the beat, and I live on a pretty busy thoroughfare.

6. Restaurants were slow to adapt. Closed and in house dining was prohibited, but still offering carry out and curb side service.
While hungry, and riding my bike past them, they showed poor creative effort in those early weeks, to garner business. I’d stop at their store front, looking for a posted menu, and wondering why an order taker wasn’t near the front door, trolling for interested consumers.
No, they put the onus on me, to go back home, go searching online, find their menu, order over the phone or the web, then return to pay for it and pick it up.
Eventually, GrubHub and Door Dash, and the others started growing what little business was to be had w/ deliveries.

7. There were more observ’s, but I’ll close with the fact that it’s refreshing that a different type of Push Back resistance is gaining momentum, very similar to the push back against leftard socialist policies run amok, Antifa, etc. prior to the Covid BS taking center stage, with all its horrendous distractions and lies.

The truth realization has been slow to materialize, but, the seeds of rebellion have produced shoots coming up from the dirt.

Alas, unfortunately, Pareto’s Law is at work here yet again.
80% sheep, and 20%, if we’re lucky, have reason, logic, and critical thinking skills.

Of those 20%, of which most platform monkeys are included,
perhaps 20% of those are the elite cream of the crop who are well schooled and have done the deep dive
research, in sorting out the truth that’s been buried within the mounds of bullshit.

I mentioned this in a response about a week ago. It is simply disgusting.

The only decent one I have seen is the one from Domino’s Pizza encouraging folks to apply for jobs. At least they aren’t pandering…just hiring.
