Aren’t there ordinary citizens that live in the area that are kind of stuck in a hostage situation? Are they allowed to leave? That has to be taken into consideration as well. Snipers probably need to be positioned on nearby buildings to take out the trouble makers and loons, without hurting the innocent.
While chaz is insanity I would say if the people of a state(say New York) want to decouple from say NYC I would be all for it,feel the same if a town and it’s citizens wanted to decouple from a state that they felt did not treat them well,caused them more problems then benefits.
My examples though would be the citizens of said state/town ect. made that choice.
