Lease space to gun stores, steak houses, and Fox News. Rename the streets to Limbaugh Lane, Reagan Boulevard, Anne Coulter Circle, etc.

The existence of this festering sore is a humiliating disaster. It shows the absolute weakness and lack of will power on the part of the powerful people who are entrusted to administer and lead the public. Their lack of will translates to a local and regional and even national lack of will power to do something about this issue. If we are to have a nation, it must be crushed before others draw heart and also mount their challenges. Otherwise, the trappings of the state are up for grabs and the klingons and orcs will be trying to seize power all over the place.
Might makes right. If the state is going to abandon its monopoly on violence to the masses, expect widespread bloodshed and a true Civil War Mark 1/Mod 0.
