It is my sincere desire to provide readers of this site with the best unbiased information available, and a forum where it can be discussed openly, as our Founders intended. But it is not easy nor inexpensive to do so, especially when those who wish to prevent us from making the truth known, attack us without mercy on all fronts on a daily basis. So each time you visit the site, I would ask that you consider the value that you receive and have received from The Burning Platform and the community of which you are a vital part. I can't do it all alone, and I need your help and support to keep it alive. I’d beg to differ here. When I was 8 years old the Evel Knievel Stunt Cycle worked great when you poured gasoline on it, lit it on fire, and jumped it off the roof of your house into the swimming pool below.

Whether it worked or not a toy new in the box (NIB) would be worth big money to a collector.
Evel Knievel was a ’70’s cult hero when I was a kid and his biggest stunt was the Snake River jump.
If only I woulda kept that Stretch Armstrong … and Steve Austin, too.

I had one and I thought it worked fine. I also saw that crazy guy jump ramp to ramp with that heavy, under suspended Harley.

Are you kidding me? That thing ran like a scalded cat for a block….and the sound? Whoo. I have yet to see one broken and we would get 20 ft jumps. That was one of the best toys…evah.
