Crime Is Skyrocketing All Over America And Cops Are Killing Themselves

Authored by Michael Snyder via The End of The American Dream blog,

What did they think was going to happen?  For weeks, the mainstream media and many politicians on the left have been relentlessly praising the chaos, rioting and violence that has been taking place in major cities all across America.  Meanwhile, the mainstream media and many politicians on the left have also been demonizing the police and have been promoting those that are calling for them to be defunded.  It was inevitable that there would be consequences, and they have been quite dramatic.

Crime rates are skyrocketing all over the nation, and demoralized police officers are committing suicide.  And if the mainstream media and many politicians on the left do not end their irresponsible rhetoric, things will get even worse.

Are there bad police officers?  Of course there are, just like there are bad individuals in any profession.  But to demonize all police officers because of the actions of a few is something that no responsible journalist or politician should ever do.

Without the police, our society would rapidly devolve into complete and utter chaos.  I am so thankful for the men and women in blue that put their lives on the line every single day to protect all of us, and I certainly would not want to live in a society that did not have any police.

Over the past couple of months, the entire profession has been relentlessly demonized by the media and by many of our politicians, and this has resulted in a crisis of morale in police departments all over the nation that is absolutely unprecedented.

And as they see the police being publicly trashed on television, many average Americans have decided that it is fair game for them to do the same thing, and this has especially been true in our major cities.  The way that police officers are being treated in many parts of the country has been completely and utterly shameful, and it was inevitable that some officers would be pushed past their breaking points.

On Tuesday, a newly promoted officer in Chicago named Dion Boyd shocked the entire city when he shot himself in the head

A newly promoted Chicago police deputy chief was found dead Tuesday morning of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound in the Homan Square police facility on the West Side.

The death of Dion Boyd, 57, was announced at Chicago Police Department headquarters Tuesday afternoon by Supt. David Brown.

And then just one day later, on Wednesday, a police officer in New Jersey named Daniel Pagnotta decided that he couldn’t take any more

A veteran Trenton police officer took his own life in a parking lot Wednesday, officials said.

Sgt. Daniel Pagnotta, a 21-year-veteran of the department, died this morning in Plainsboro, according to a city spokesman.

These men leave behind a lot of people that loved them.  It greatly saddened me to read that Pagnotta was a “father of two who loved soccer”

The statement described Pagnotta as a devoted husband and father of two who loved soccer and making people laugh. His father, also named Dan, is a retired Trenton police officer.

What are those children supposed to do now?

Their father is gone and he is never coming back again.

Sadly, life for police officers in America is only going to get rougher because crime rates are absolutely skyrocketing.

According to reporter Alex Berenson, murder rates are up dramatically “in practically every big city”…

It’s not just a few cities: homicides are up 10-50% year-over-year in practically every big city – Denver, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Boston, Houston, St. Louis, Miami – everywhere.

Forget the crack epidemic. Murder rates haven’t gone this bad this fast since the late 1960s.

But it wasn’t as if someone suddenly flipped a switch at the beginning of January.  The truth is that crime rates didn’t start to explode until the riots came along.

Once everyone saw what the rioters were getting away with and that the media approved, it changed everything.  Criminals all over the country suddenly felt like they had a green light to go absolutely crazy, and that is precisely what we have been witnessing.

The tragic death of George Floyd should have brought us together as a nation and should have caused all of us to value human life more.

Ironically, in the very city where George Floyd died there have already been more murders in 2020 than “in all of 2019”.

The criminals in Minneapolis have become extremely brazen.  Robberies are up 36 percent so far this year, car theft is up 46 percent, and many of these crimes are being committed in broad daylight.
It is not just a coincidence that Democrats run nearly all of the major cities where crime rates are absolutely exploding.

Tolerating the rioting, looting and chaos that the protesters have been engaging in has been a huge mistake, because it just invites even more crime.

The mainstream media and many politicians on the left keep referring to the riots as “peaceful protests” even though everyone can see the violence that is happening.  It is almost as if they believe that if they just say the phrase “peaceful protests” enough that we will all be brainwashed into believing the narrative that they are trying to push.

During a House Judiciary Committee hearing this week, Representative Jim Jordan played a video montage of the violence that is happening during these riots, and that has gotten him a lot of attention.

But even though most of the “journalists” in the mainstream media are criticizing him, I greatly applaud him for having the courage to condemn the rioters.

There is no place in a civilized society for such violence, and it needs to end.

Unfortunately, what we have seen so far is just the beginning, because a lot more civil unrest is coming.

In America today, “right” has become “wrong” and “wrong” has become “right”, and we have raised an entire generation without any moral foundation whatsoever.

Now we are experiencing the consequences for raising our children so poorly, and they are going to be very bitter consequences indeed.

This is not new.

When we begin to draw parallels between France of 1789, Britain of 1640,
Russia of 1917, Germany and Hungary of 1918-19, and Spain of 1936, we shall
feel that drama grip us with a new and personal sense of reality.
“Revolution is a blow struck at a paralytic.” Even so, however, it must be
obvious that immense organization, and vast resources, as well as cunning and
secrecy far above the ordinary are necessary for its successful preparation.
It is amazing indeed that people should suppose that “mobs” or “the
people” ever have, or ever could, undertake such a complicated and costly
operation. No mistake more-over could be more dangerous ; for it will result in
total inability to recognize the true significance of events, or the source and
focus of a revolutionary movement. The process or organizing revolution is seen
to be firstly the infliction of paralysis ; and secondly, the striking of the blow or
blows. It is for the first process, the production of paralysis, that [23] the secrecy
is essential. Its outward signs are debt, loss of publicity control, and the
existence of alien-influenced secret organizations in the doomed state.
Debt, particularly international debt, is the first and over-mastering grip.
Through it men in high places are suborned, and alien powers and influences are
introduced into the body politic. When the debt grip has been firmly established,
control of every form of publicity and political activity soon follows, together
with a full grip on industrialists. The stage for the revolutionary blow is then set.
The grip of the right hand of finance established the paralysis ; while it is the

revolutionary left that holds the dagger and deals the fatal blow. Moral
corruption facilitates the whole process.
PDF of Captain A.H.M. Ramsey, “The silent War” How Churchill sabatoged peace with Germany and got rid of Chamberlain to become Prime Minister and keep the war going.
The same people are fomenting revolution here today.

Rodney King several police officers beat the shit out of him handcuffed and on the ground and several stood by and watched with no concern or formal report of witnessing police brutality . That is until they discovered there was a federal lawsuit placing them at the scene as eye witnesses . Boy did they CYA across that thin blue line like cats covering up shit . Then there are the ducks in Baltimore planting evidence , then there is the real badge wearing ass planting meth on completely innocent people and they lost jobs , homes and families and did hard jail time while this asshole snickered about it ! Then there is the multiple asset forfeitures taking place all across the country with zero evidence of criminal activity other than carrying cash !
In all of these cases these cops are bad and plenty of cops they work with have beers with know it !
The actions of a few ? BULL SHIT !

Anonymous; All this is true. The sad thing is that there is a blue line that divides the cops from the people they should be serving. This blue line violates their oath and morality that good law abiding citizens are taught to live by. In short cops have to clean up their own house first. We can’t tolerate a two tiered system.

We as a people, country and nation have been divided by ass-hats that want to micro manage us. In the end we all loose, except perhaps the string pullers. It would be nice to see those pronoun people having to offer up their pound of flesh this time.

I would rephrase your comment:
We as a people, country and nation have been divided by ass-hats that want to micro manage us.
to say:
We as a people, country and nation have been divided by small-hats that want to micro manage us.
American police departments have been trained in israeli military tactics, in which all non-cops are considered to be the “enemy”“we are all Palestinians, now”. “Escalation of force”, once a part of American policing is not a part of the israeli playbook…“command and control” with multiple police officer barking out conflicting commands is the israeli standard that has been a part of the American police scene for almost a generation now.
It is this “command and control” attitude that is responsible for most unjustified (but covered up) shootings by police.
“I feahed fo’ mah life” is the “get out of jail free” card for unjustified police actions.

Disagree – Rodney King received reasonable force, in my opinion, although other approaches might also have succeeded. Take your bleeding liberal heart back to the ghetto… or learn to write cogent sentences and rational arguments if you prefer to stay.

So, uh, when do you get out of prison?

The one thing that Rodney King, George Floyd, Michael Brown and many others have in common is they all resisted arrest and decided to fight the cops. Such a decision is fundamentally dangerous, if not stupid. They all had arrest records, so they knew in advance how things were going to turn out.

Don’t make them out to be noble folk heroes. They aren’t.

So, just roll over when a criminal terrorist tells you too?

Not defending other criminals here but most cops are criminals too.

Ever been to a Mason lodge filled with cops conspiring their criminal control over the population? I have. 99.9% of cops are criminal terrorists, 100% are known law violators.

If this country was law abiding the cops would be indicted, prosecuted, convicted and executed for their crimes along with the prosecutors and judges who conspired with them to enslave the population to pay for their crime racket.

Bobdog never indicated the trio were innocent and probably had some ass beating coming BUT fact the blue line gang in far to many cases are out of control with excessive force . That is why you never talk to a cop , avoid all contact etc … to many are not trustworthy and are always fishing regardless of necessity !

It seems to me that looting can only be done in local neighborhoods. How do you get a pack of ghetto rats out past their city transportation range? How can they carry home the loot? The more rural the loot site, the more spread out the loot targets, the more they’re outnumbered and the fewer cameras to document the action, which opens the fields of fire for vigilantes/resisters. So, basically they’re going to terrorize and destroy their own environment.

So, fuck em. Turn your city into Mogadishu and enjoy the squalor. Come out to the burbs and face people who make the McCloskey’s look like the bluffing pussies they are.

I really wish people would stop using the term ‘chaos’ in this manner.

First off, chaos has an actual meaning, and it’s actually a very important concept.
Second off, in this form, chaos is not a prediction.

In short, when I hear “it’d be chaos”, I read that as “contemplating that triggers an immediate crime stop in my thought process.”

“I don’t want to imagine a society without police.” Isn’t an argument against a society without police. It’s just the speaker asserting that he’s been trained to oppose X, and is scared to go against his programming.

Excellent point. A claim of “chaos” reveals more about the claimant than the subject of his claim.

This article is totally uninformed. Where I live the cops adhere to the common law, they don’t mess with anyone and crime is almost non-existent. Everywhere else I have lived in the US, the cops are complete authoritarian tyrannical psychopathic terrorists and there is crime everywhere in those places.

The authoritarian dummies don’t realize that when cops only respond to accusers then the populace isn’t afraid of cops and will identify and help find the criminals. Authoritarianism causes and expands crime ya dummies. This is so damn obvious.

99.9% of cops are criminal terrorists and their suicide is the preferred outcome.

I don’t feel sorry for the cops.

Almost every cop’s ultimate goal is to make it to retirement (usually 20 years) with a comfortable pension, where he can start a second career. Almost every cop wants as little friction as possible. Cops KNOW where the criminality is taking place, but do almost nothing to “solve the problem”. It’s easier to harass honest citizens during traffic stops than it is to go after REAL criminals who know “how the game is played”.

Cops who demand “respect” while abusing their “authority” IS a major problem in many departments.

The honest person who is (forcibly) involved with cops (traffic stop) is the easiest person to harass and even set up.

Boston cops were recently caught planting drugs on people in order to boost their “quota” requirements. Despite denials by officials and cops, “ticket quotas” are commonly used in almost every police department to assess “officer performance”.

Lucrative union “collective bargaining agreements” that shield “bad” cops from having their disciplinary records revealed or scrutinized, union lawyers who “cover up” misbehavior and cop-friendly prosecutors who always take the cop’s side are a major problem as well, although the release of “bad” cop records is starting to be recognized as a way to reign in “bad” cops.

Most of the problems started with the expansion of “qualified immunity” in 1986, which absolved cops of wrongdoing for just about any misbehavior that they commit.

“I feahed fo’ mah life” is the standard police response in a questionable lethal use-of-force situation. It is usually successful in the cop’s favor.

As ordinary citizens, we are told that “ignorance of the law is no excuse”, while court rulings specifically absolve cops of requiring them to have “knowledge of the law”. Double standard, indeed.

When a cop, having criminal intent, wanting to shoot someone, can shoot a citizen for being unable to crawl with his hands behind his back, be acquitted in court, despite full video evidence being presented, and to add insult to injury, be rehired in order to receive a pension, something is seriously wrong. (See Mesa Arizona cop Philip Brailsford murdering Daniel Shaver).

Finally, police are getting “blowback”, something that I feared would happen. Cops are also being held back by their “chiefs of police” who are usually political appointees serving at the pleasure of city officials.

That being said, I have no use for the so-called “peaceful (yeah, right) protesters” who are hell-bent on destroying civil society, who are being egged on by city officials who are holding back cops from doing their jobs.

Plus 1000 on that.

They fear for their because they pussies which is the same reason they will give tickets to poor people, harass hippies, arrest vegetable growers and shoot people for grabbing their cell phone.

I hope the cops see this. If there is one thing people are uniting around it is people sick of lying terrorists as police.

“I am here to help you” lies.
“I have reason to believe this cash was obtained illegally” lies.
“You have to show me ID” lies.
“You can file a complaint” lies.
“My drug dog picked up a scent and I need to search your car” lies.
“I have authority to…” lies.
“That is a lawful order” lies.
“You have the right to remain silent” lies.

Fuck those lying criminal scumbags along with all other criminal scumbags. Tge only difference between them is that other criminals are honest that they are criminals.
