It is my sincere desire to provide readers of this site with the best unbiased information available, and a forum where it can be discussed openly, as our Founders intended. But it is not easy nor inexpensive to do so, especially when those who wish to prevent us from making the truth known, attack us without mercy on all fronts on a daily basis. So each time you visit the site, I would ask that you consider the value that you receive and have received from The Burning Platform and the community of which you are a vital part. I can't do it all alone, and I need your help and support to keep it alive. Please consider contributing an amount commensurate to the value that you receive from this site and community, or even by becoming a sustaining supporter through periodic contributions. She changed people’s perspectives by appealing to their gratitude. This, in turn, inspired them to act charitably.

It reminded me just how much the evil phuckers also steal our humanity.
Too rarely do we get or give an acknowledgement to people we encounter every day.

+1000.
I don’t know where you stumbled onto this gem,
but it’s a beaut indeed.

Perspective, and
occasionally remembering to treasure the things we habitually take for granted.

Kudos to you, buddy.
I salute you.

This is not the first time I’ve seen this video, but it still makes me well up. I hate being such a wuss. Thank you for the reminder to lend a hand, whenever one can.

Okay, a little background on this video. Before I sent it to Jim I went to the producing company’s website; http://www.purplefeathers.co.uk

They are a marketing company out of Glasgow, Scotland (probably some of my relatives). This is an example of their marketing capabilities. This time they are marketing their own company. They can change your words to help change your world, just as the pretty lady did for the blind man, but they did it by using words to tug upon your heartstrings. Pure genius. It is apolitical, non-religious and just pure wisdom. Over 28M views and growing. While the world is sucking now, we ain’t done yet. Good Will to men will triumph..

Nice sentiment. I noticed she did not contribute a penny, or whatever they use over there.
