Amazing Grace has always been one of my all time favorite hymns. This gift is in keeping with my on-going effort to bring you interesting and unique musical performances. Can’t you just picture the angels in heaven rejoicing over this performance which gives glory to God?
Lovely rainbow ending to the post. You coming out?
Why do you ask? Are you interested in some action?
You exhibit two very distinct forms of shit stirring, the donnybrook and the eye-flutter.
This is definitely not a donnybrook.
I could literally see the smile on your face as you hit the post button on this one, you scamp.
I’ll give you this much, you know your audience.
What is this “shit stirring” thingy you speak of??
It really IS a very lovely rendition of Amazing Grace. One of the best I’ve seen … at least from an all men’s choir. So many men, too!!
And it’s interesting that these homosexual men are singing about … GRACE! God’s grace. Amazing grace.
Certainly, it is the homosexual community who needs to be blessed by the grace of God as much as anyone … because homosexuality IS a sin. Yet, I am fully convinced of this, God loves homos. We are all created in His image.
Shit stirring? No. Just trying to bring some Understanding that leads to Unity here on the mostly homo-phobic platform. I’m sure I have your support on that.
Gentlemen of the jury, I rest my case.
Scamps gonna scamp.
Hadn’t heard/seen the word scamp in decades, I don’t think.
And when they aren’t singing their little gay asses off they prance around dresses like Wonder Woman….Booyah
Wonderful video.
Blessed art thou for wisdom has come upon thee, and thy house.
Really.
Ahhhh, I was almost able to make a comment without some sarcasm. Oh well…
You’re a LGBTQ supporter now?
I don’t know what you mean by “supporter”.
If you mean “endorse” … no, I don’t endorse it. God made the Anal Area as an exit only orifice, not an Entry Point.
My wildly religious ex-inlaws — Midwestern Mennonites — said this often, “Hate the sin but love the sinner.” I support that.
hhmm guess that makes me wildly religious too… no problem…
“Hate the sin but love the sinner.” Yup, that covers it.
It is difficult to navigate anything within society where it doesn’t feel like the LGBTQ community aren’t almost evangelically trying to covert people to become them… to normalize abnormal behavior so that our children can’t seen the truth beneath the sin. And any challenge raised against the new alter of abhorrent behavior is met with belligerence and intolerance. Yup, that covers it as well!
Oh they most certainly are doing more than evangelizing.
We are commanded to love the sinner, as Christ does, and hate the sin. This does not mean we accommodate the sinner in their sin. Of course if we speak out or refuse to help them while they are still actively sinning, then we are labeled homophobic. Some people loves thems labels…
What if the sinner is stabing you or killing babies?
Due to op sec, said sinner will meet my friends “Smith” and “Wesson” well before that sin begins…
But that is a meaningless distinction. What is there in the sinner but sin?
“But understand this: In the last days terrible times will come. For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, without love of good, traitorous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. Turn away from such as these!”(Bible, 2Timothy 3:1-5)
God made the Anal Area as an exit only orifice, not an Entry Point.
That being the case I strongly advise you to not get the Covid Anal Swab Test…nope. Nossir, uh uh.
I have live music at my ice cream shop every Friday night. I ask all my musical guests to close with that song.
Where is the ice cream shop??
McKinney, Texas! Free cup for TBP’ers who identify as such… 😊
“Can’t you just picture the angels in heaven rejoicing over this performance which gives glory to God?”
Actually no, because scripture says “In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” Luke 15:10
