It’s like being in a really bad musical with mediocre actors, a poorly written script and plagiarized musical score and the lead actor is a senile old fool controlled by an exceedingly ambitious and vulgar wife. I accidentally wound up thirty feet from Dr. Jill last week. We were coming from Kroger and traffic was stopped and we could see lots of police lights hundreds of yards up the road. We assumed there was a huge accident. I took a side street to a back road out of town that would bypass the mess ahead. I wind up on a gravel road intersecting the highway and there is a cop car there at the stop sign so I am now thinking maybe a gas tanker or Anhydrous Ammonia accident. A couple of seconds and a parade of black Suburbans is streaming past with Dr. Jill. Having worked a Presidential security detail almost 40 years ago I can confidently report there was virtually no security of any value involved here. She would have been safer just taking a lone unmarked car. Fortunately we are all fairly nice people around here.

During a walk in the country today, I met a man who’s been visiting his daughter in Carlsbad, California for the last few weeks.
He said his three grandchildren had not been out of their neighborhood for the past year. His daughter “allowed” him to take them to Target. He said they acted like it was Disney Land. A whole YEAR?
Anyway, He was out for his walk (he is a senior triathlon walker) and stopped by to fill us in on what it is like in California.
He said his parents are in a local nursing facility and they were very proactive in vaccinating all residents and staff. His father has now tested positive (twice) though has no symptoms, as have five other residents and several staff members.
He said he is thankful to be back out in the real world.
When I take over, most of the MSM will be executed. Huge numbers of equally credentialed people are issuing warnings yet are ridiculed by the CCP approved talking heads. Fauci is the Judas Goat of Judas Goats.

Except today is bowling day. We are between leagues. That old lady (86!) took the “most improved” prize of 50 bucks, but my team actually took second place and I got 50 bucks too, so I didn’t have to snatch it off her in the parking lot.
Seriously, bowling with old fogies is kind of fun. Makes me feel young again.
