Authored by Finian Cunningham via The Strategic Culture Foundation,
There are reasons to be skeptical. After decades of stonewalling on the issue, suddenly American military chiefs appear to be giving credence to claims of UFOs invading Earth.
Several viral video clips purporting to show extraordinary flying technology have been “confirmed” by the Pentagon as authentic. The Pentagon move is unprecedented.
The videos of the Unidentified Flying Objects were taken by U.S. air force flight crews or by naval surveillance and subsequently “leaked” to the public. The question is: were the “leaks” authorized by Pentagon spooks to stoke the public imagination of visitors from space? The Pentagon doesn’t actually say what it believes the UFOs are, only that the videos are “authentic”.
A Senate intelligence committee is to receive a report from the Department of Defense’s Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) Task Force next month. That has also raised public interest in the possibility of alien life breaching our skies equipped with physics-defying technology far superior to existing supersonic jets and surveillance systems.
Several other questions come to mind that beg skepticism. Why does the phenomenon of UFOs or UAP only seem to be associated with the American military? This goes back decades to the speculation during the 1950s about aliens crashing at Roswell in New Mexico. Why is it that only the American military seems privy to such strange encounters? Why not the Russian or Chinese military which would have comparable detection technology to the Americans but they don’t seem to have made any public disclosures on alien encounters? Such a discrepancy is implausible unless we believe that life-forms from lightyears away have a fixation solely on the United States. That’s intergalactic American “exceptionalism” for you!
Also, the alleged sightings of UFOs invariably are associated with U.S. military training grounds or high-security areas.
Moreover, the released videos that have spurred renewed public interest in UFOs are always suspiciously of poor quality, grainy and low resolution. Several researchers, such as Mick West, have cogently debunked the videos as optical illusions. That’s not to say that the U.S. air force or naval personnel were fabricating the images. They may genuinely believe that they were witnessing something extraordinary. But as rational optics experts have pointed out there are mundane explanations for seeming unusual aerial observations, such as drones or balloons drifting at high speed in differential wind conditions, or by the crew mistaking a far-off aircraft dipping over the horizon for an object they believe to be much closer.
The military people who take the videos in good – albeit misplaced – faith about what they are witnessing are not the same as the military or intelligence people who see an opportunity with the videos to exploit the public in a psychological operation.
Fomenting public anxieties, or even just curiosity, about aliens and super-technology is an expedient way to exert control over the population. At a time when governing authorities are being questioned by a distrustful public and when military-intelligence establishments are viewed as having lost a sense of purpose, what better way to realign public respect by getting them to fret over alien marauders from whom they need protection?
There is here a close analogy to the way foreign nations are portrayed as adversaries and enemies in order to marshal public support or least deference to the governing establishment and its military. We see this ploy played over and over again with regard to the U.S. and Western demonization of Russia and China as somehow conveying a malign intent towards Western societies. In other words, it’s a case of Cold War and UFOs from the same ideological launchpad, so to speak, in order to distract public attention from internal problems.
However, more worrying still is that there is a dangerous reinforcing crossover of the two propaganda realms. The fueling of UFO speculation is feeding directly into speculation that U.S. airspace is being invaded by high-tech weapons developed by Russia or China.
U.S. lawmakers are demanding answers from the Pentagon about whether the aerial “encounters” are advanced weaponry from foreign enemies who are surveilling the American homeland at will. Some U.S. air force aviators have recently expressed to the media a feeling of helplessness in the face of seeming superior technology.
At a time of heightened animosity towards Russia and China and febrile talk among Pentagon chiefs about the possibility of all-out war, it is not difficult to imagine, indeed it is disturbingly easy to imagine, how optical illusions about alien phenomena could trigger false alarms attributed to Russian or Chinese military incursions.
The stoking of UFO controversy appears to be a classic psyops perpetrated by U.S. military intelligence for the objective of population control. Its aim is to corral the citizenry under the authority of the state and for them to accept the protector function of “our” military. The big trouble is that the psyops with aliens are, in turn, risking the exacerbation of fears and tensions with Russia and China.
With all the Pentagon-assisted chatter, it is more likely that an F-18 squadron could mistake an errant weather balloon on the horizon for an alien spacecraft. And amid our new Cold War tensions, it is but a small conceptual step to further imagine that the UFO is not from outer space but rather is a Russian or Chinese hypersonic cruise missile heading towards the U.S. mainland.

Seems likely we’re at the moment predicted by von Braun. At least they are thinking about laying that card down.

The same people who believe covid is real and that Joe Biden won the election will believe any bullshit.
They are real machines and they have been around thousands of years; they are probably from thousands of different Alien Civilizations. And of course, the Devil and TPTB will take every advantage of their existence to contrive deceptions and scams just like they do for every other thing in God’s Creation.
UAP’s could be our own military, could be China, Russia, or Aliens and I really like your point about the fallen ones taking advantage of the situation. The US Military has been working on this for decades and I don’t buy the $22M figure at all…..more like $22B I would bet. The general physics of it all is mostly understood as this article shows but the ability to generate the power required and build the devices is way beyond our level of development…….or is it? I think the June “disclosure” will be a nothing burger like usual but it does seem like UAP sightings are way up……and I don’t think it is just propaganda. Seeing UAP’s dive under the water and reemerge at speed is damned impressive.
“The dilithium crystals are fused!”
Until someone discovers new physics, I would not consider aliens. I shall not hold my breath.
Most of the alien pop culture and the way we perceive extra-terrestrial life is just bullshit made up by L. Ron Hubbard.
What we’re experiencing now via the current national mass psyop is straight out of the 1960s script as described in “The Report from Iron Mountain”. In the 1960s, one of those Rockefeller groups convened a think tank to devise a strategy through a global crisis that would unite the world in support of a global government. The two ideas this think tank came up with were – 1) Global Warming, and 2) an alien invasion.
The media got wind of the confab and on one occasion (it’s was available at one time on video) approached on the street one of the participant – the economist John Kenneth Galbraith. Galbraith gave about a two minute impromptu interview and was quite frank – he confirmed the meeting and the report outcomes and was positive that we would soon one day have global government and this was a good thing et cetera. This created more interest in the story but some one had gotten to Galbraith afterwards and all subsequent interviews were met with terse denials.
Here’s what we have on the think tank findings.

“Robbers of the world, having by their universal plunder exhausted the land, they rifle the deep. If the enemy be rich, they are rapacious; if he be poor, they lust for dominion; neither the east nor the west has been able to satisfy them. Alone among men they covet with equal eagerness poverty and riches. To robbery, slaughter, plunder, they give the lying name of empire; they make a solitude and call it peace.”

File this UFO business under the next psyop. Murder Hornets didn’t take and Climate Change is proving to be a challenge as a totalitarian tool. Last little freezing episode in Texas kinda took some of the wind out of the script when it became obvious that solar and wind energy alone aren’t going to cut it.
Solar and wind do not even have a rational place in the current grid. They are just wasteful energy and space hogs. The VA has a hospital campus in California covered in solar panels that are not hooked up and never have been.
In the 1970’s I was a kid growing up on the Colorado plains. Every edition the local weekly newspaper would have a story about the latest cattle mutilation. The theory was that aliens were coming down from space, using precise surgical instruments, they would cut only certain parts of the cow off. Those aliens were in desperate need of cow eyes, udders, and anuses. Funny thing is, the whole thing stopped when Reagan was elected. The aliens only seem to be active when there is an inept Democrat president.
Most of those aliens are also known as coyotes.
I am sure there is some perfectly reasonable string theory to explain the Democrat angle. No need for your wild conspiracies. Trust the 1 dimensional particles.
*Files under who cares.
A year ago I would have thought that pulling off an Aliens Attack! scenario would have been a joke, now I am completely confident that it will work on 75% of the population if not more.
Have to agree
Amen to that HF, the great unwashed buy into anything and everything on the tv. My , what a powerful thing the airwaves. At this point fellow thinkers, just sit back and watch the show…..but do it from a safe place. The easily lead will do some crazy shit when they are completely stricken with fear of alien attackers.
I am somewhat convinced that the jab was weaponized with technology that will hook humans to 5G and connect each moran to wifi. At that point they can do with you as they wish, you are Borged. That qualifies for mark of the beast material in my book.
If you can feel contempt for them, just imagine how the Borg feels.
Its sad to have to agree with you on this. After watching more than half the country drink from the strong delusion of fake flu I can’t help but think the world improvers are now emboldened to try a newer more ridiculous fiction. Under the guise of ‘We are the .Gov, making war is what we do.’ Except if these are truly ETs what makes anyone think the same group of people who haven’t won a war in our lifetime, could defend against something not of this world.
If Fuckface Fauci says the Aliens refuse to wear masks, it’s on like Donkey Kong!
Yep,
They were pushing the BS on the Sunday Morning Psyop shows. Looked up from breakfast at the restaurant and Step On All of US was trying to sell the BS with some supposed expert.
This entire past year has been Rasolnikov’s dream from “Crime and Punishment.” Dostoevsky was a visionary, though I hope the rest of this CONVID farce doesn’t end this way:
Dostoyevsky was indeed prophetic and prescient. In ” The Brother’s Karamzov” he speaks of the denial of Christ and the destruction of Christ coming at the hands of the Grand Inquisitor. The Grand Inquisitor not only denies Christ, he is the harbinger of the totalitarian state.
.
On another level, The Grand Inquisitor is a terrifying prophecy of the totalitarian state which threatens to reduce the scope of human happiness to the happiness of “babes,” united “in one unanimous and harmonious ant-heap.”
The Grand Inquisitor promises man, as Satan promised Christ in the desert, everything
in exchange for the one thing that makes man, man: freedom, this terrible, absolute
freedom of man’s will to choose or to reject at any and every moment what his own
conscience shows him to be a moral good. Wearied by this continual, uninterrupted, and
inescapable act of choice which alone makes possible both the act of “free love” and the
anti-social act of injustice, the Grand Inquisitor has set out to establish “universal
happiness”-in the name of Christ…

I don’t know how many people it would work on, but predictive programming does work.
Until I see more it looks like Bigfoot or the Loch Ness Monster. They have cameras which let them look at satellites in orbit and can take really good pictures of my house from space but at a mile or two all we get are cloudy blurs in black and white? I call bullshit when there are gun camera films from WW2 with 100 times the clarity at similar ranges.
That’s exactly what I’ve been thinking from the first release of the videos. We have cameras that can read the label on my underwear from space with HD quality. Why is it that all of these videos looks worse than the grainy Loch Ness Monster photos?
My fkng cell phone takes better pictures then anything I’ve seen presented by “UFO Researchers”. Do they all have Parkinson’s? Blurry and shaking is the norm from the BS artists.
While I agree with you that this new government push for UFO disclosure is likely a psyops program, I have an interesting personal experience to share. In 1965 I was in the US army, going thru basic training at fort ord California. Our platoon was made up of McNamaras morons, about 20 beach boys from Hawaii classified as 1Y, a group of Mormon kids from Utah and a couple of regular army volunteers ( the biggest morons,me and a guy named Blake). It was around 8pm, I was outside smoking a cigarette (just tobacco) when I looked up and saw a craft of 100 feet in diameter above me at around 500 feet elevation. It was triangular, totally silent. I called a couple of the Mormon guys out to check it out and within a minute or two the whole barracks was out in the street looking up. A Mormon guy named Walker ran inside to get a camera, when he came out and pointed the camera to take a picture, the craft accelerated away at unbelievable speed and disappeared over the horizon. We decided not to tell any of the command officers about the incident. I don’t know what the thing was but I remember it like it was yesterday. Would not be the first time the government used a real phenomenon for their psyop programs.
Damn son, that is downright creepy. I had a somewhat similar experience many years ago, but not nearly as dramatic as yours. I was out camping in the Big Bend state park in far west Texas. I’m looking at the sky, marveling at the stars when I see a white light tracking across the sky. I thought maybe a plane or some other aircraft and suddenly it stopped moving, remained stationary for about four minutes and then turned bright green and shot off into space.
My boyfriend at the times also saw it and…we were both sober.
“They” will quite likely be friendly, mankind’s seeming saviors, rescuing us from ourselves before we “destroy the planet”. I’ll be surprised if they show up violently; not that great “displays of power” won’t be utilized to demonstrate their superiority and thus our need to obey. They come as the good guys but they are not.
2 Corinthians 11:14
And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light.
Don’t get on the ships
Remember the Styx song “Come Sail Away?” “We thought that they were ayn-jels, but to our surprise, they took us on their starship and headed for the skies!”
Another in a similar vein was Neil Young’s “After the Gold Rush.”
“To Serve Man”…..It’s a cookbook! Hannibal Lector has some great recipes…..gee, maybe he’s an alien!
Whenever I read the words “leaked” or “unidentified source”, I stop reading. These two phrases are interpreted as fake news.
Two observations worth repeating:
In the early ’90s, I was watching tv and the local news came on. They reported a personal video from an Astronaut on the Space Shuttle. Through the window you could see the curvature of the Earth and a bright object off in the distance moving towards it. Suddenly two bright streaks of light shot up at it from the surface and it made a V turn. The streaks of light were far too fast to be a known rocket (surface to space in about a second), and too slow to be a laser. The cover story was particles on the glass. I think it has been completely scrubbed but when I became curious a few years back, the footage I found was highly degraded.
Second, there was a show on either Discovery or History channels that discredited the alien theory to me. They had an ‘expert’ who claimed he has been all over the world as a special team to investigate alien UFO crashes. Really? There are aliens that are that bad at flying that they crash all the time? My guess is he just wanted some screen time.
In the defense of the possibility of alien visitors, both they and the military would want to slowly introduce their existence to minimize public panic. They would also have studied human behavior and deduced the US level of technology and, though we’re not perfect, a civilization that would be the most compatible for eventual contact. Other world powers would want to put them in camps. I don’t want them to meet Biden and his team though. If the US has been sold out to China, we would likely be exchanged as slaves or food.
My feelings? That the ‘UFOs’ or whatever are an advanced research project by DARPA or some such and these releases are just showing our enemies what we have.
Back in the early 70’s, it was US research that showed, via radar imaging, buried cities and other structures in the Nile Delta. The real message? “Hey, Soviet Union, we can see into the ground, we can see your missiles, your shelters, your everything, muhahahahahahaha.”
So, well, gee. “Hey, ChiCom and Russia and Iran and Norks and… We have UAVs that even our hot-shot pilots can’t deal with, so, muhahahahahaha.”
Not everyone in the military and the defense industry is a loose-lipped Bradley Manning. There are still lots of people who know how to keep their mouths shut.
Gort! Klaatu barada nikto!
Ronald Reagan went out with the starting stages of dementia. Our current USSA Glorious Leader of the Progressive Axis came in arguable well into dementia, after a campaign that consisted of hiding in his basement. Our mainstream media (read: the Communist Propaganda Machine) cannot open its mouth with lying. The Republican party is either the new KKK or the new Nazis (depending on who is doing the talking). The Democrats are either the NeoCommunist Party or the Army of Destruction of George Soros (former Nazi Tool). Again, depending on who is doing the talking. And you wonder at another “Big Lie” repeated endlessly until Fools Believe? Both Adolf Hitler and “Papa” Joe Stalin could stand up in their graves and say “See? I told you all I was the Man of the Future”!
I still think Putin is using satellites to project holograms so we’re like cats chasing a laser pointer. Notice he’s always smirking….
He’s really good if he was able to do it 4,000 years ago too and fool the ancient Sumerians, Chinese, Egyptians, Aztecs, Hopi, etc. He’s smirking because the USA has a total leftist moron for their leader and they are doing nothing about it.
