It’s Not the Jab – It’s the Precedent

Guest Post by Eric Peters

If you knew someone who chose not to exercise, who ate too much not-good food, would you exult in the news of his having been diagnosed with diabetes or cancer? Most people would not and if any did exult, it would be considered evidence of a mental defect (sadism) by the rest.

Yet people – some people – practically celebrate when a person who questions the rightness of forcing people to submit to “vaccinations” gets sick – and practically dance on their graves if they die.

There are many good – sound – reasons for objecting to forcing anyone to get “vaccinated” that have nothing to do with sickness, as such, but rather with this business of forcing people to take medicine or submit to medical treatment of any kind whatsoever. It sets a precedent by affirming the principle that it is ok to force people to take medicine and submit to medical treatment. Once that is established, for any medicine or treatment it will naturally become the basis for requiring that people submit other medical treatments; they will be required to take other medicines – as decreed by the government and enforced by corporations, through “policies” that render it impossible to work or even to socialize without proof you’ve submitted to these decrees.

There are some, perhaps, who wish to live in such a world but most probably do not. Yet they cannot see that they are helping to build such a world by supporting this push to make everyone roll up their sleeves.

Just this once? If you think so, think again. Please.

As always, there are people who cannot see the inevitability. The same people who could not see that mass acceptance of the “masks” – as these psychological training devices are styled – would lead to mass “vaccinations” – as these unsafe and ineffective temporary symptom suppressors are styled. The same people, in mentality, who could not see that giving the federal government the legal power to seize – that is, to “tax” – a portion of the incomes of the very wealthy would inevitably lead to the government seizing a portion of the incomes of everyone.

The proportion ever increasing.

If the government can erect checkpoints on the public right-of-way, at which people who’ve given no reason to suspect them of having committed any crime can be stopped at gunpoint and required to produce “papers” – and also demonstrate to the satisfaction of an armed government worker that they are not “drunk” – then the government already has the power – in principle, established in law by precedent – to erect checkpoints at which people can be required to prove they are “vaccinated” and present “papers” so affirming.

This is why many thoughtful people object in principle to forcing anyone to be injected with anything. The shot itself is an incidental affront. It is what the affront allows – and enables – that matters.

Try to envision what such a world will be like.

Imagine being required to go to the doctor’s office, like a pet taken to the vet.

A doctor perhaps not even selected by you, who wields power over you.

A doctor that can order you to do as he says – to take what he says – and if you do not do as he says and take what he says you must, can see to it that you are punished for it.

Envision it working in the manner the insurance mafia currently coerces you to buy its services, want them or not. If you decline, if you allow your policy to lapse or refuse to renew, the government is immediately informed and your former right to drive – which is now a conditional privilege – is rescinded, making it exceedingly difficult for you to live since most people must drive in order to work and to obtain the necessaries of life. The mafia is well-aware of this power it possesses and uses it to get what it wants, which is your money – and submission.

Now imagine the health insurance/medical-pharmaceutical mafia wielding similar power. It will encompass the entirety of your life – in the name of “public health” and the “common good.” Sickness – including hypothetical sickness – will be used to justify all-encompassing measures, visited upon everyone – enforced by a technocratic social credit regime, as in China – which America increasingly resembles.

Your diet and habits monitored, since you might get diabetes or develop hypertension if you eat too much not-good-for-you foods, the amount and type to be determined for you (for your own good) by a medical technocracy empowered to compel your obedient submission via immediate excommunication from work/social life at the first sign of recalcitrance. You are allowed to eat only what they say and only as much of it as they say you may.

Your activities – including your formerly private sex life – are now also a matter of public “concern,” since various sex acts can be “risky” and that cannot be allowed. At the least, your routines must be monitored.

Not exercising can increase your risk of becoming sick and “we” – meaning, they – cannot have that.

In his bleakly predictive novel, 1984, Orwell described mandatory calisthenics each morning – the physical jerks – led by a Telescreen termagant. Such technology now exists in the form of Telescreens people carry with them everywhere they go; larger versions of the same – the “smart” TV, which can send and receive and which listens and watches – are in almost every home.

Are you ready for Captain Freedom’s workout?

All of this – and worse – will inevitably become regularity once the principle is allowed that the government – or corporations, which are the creatures of government – can force anyone to be injected with this medicine (whatever it actually is). It will no longer be a bulwark against such to claim bodily autonomy, that your corpus belongs to you and thus no one else has the right, morally, to tinker with it.

It will no longer be a defensible (in law or practice) argument to state – factually – that you, as an individual, have no need of this or that medicine or procedure, since you are not sick and the putative sickness which perhaps threatens others doesn’t threaten you much, if at all. The good of the body – as Landru, in the old Star Trek series styled it – will be all that matters.

The collective – as defined and decreed by a handful of technocratic Landru-bureaucrat-politician-doctor-priests, all for our own good, as they see it.

No questions. No disobedience. No independence – of mind or of body. No life, except that which we are allowed – like cattle in a pen. Does this sound good to you? Is it worth easing your fear that someone, somewhere might be “unvaccinated”?

Will your lust to make them suffer be satiated once we all suffer, together – forever?

I do not remember ever hearing the term governmental mandate until 0bamacare. The traitor John Roberts solidified the government’s authority to force you into buying a privately sold product for the good of society, so why can they not force you to take a jab for the good of society? This is indeed 0bama’s third term.

Elena Kagan – in her confirmation hearing – wouldn’t forswear a mandate to eat broccoli. She only laughed and said it would be a bad idea. Har de har har! And they – including Lindsey Graham – confirmed her anyway.

Iska- Sotomayor told the Senate she
would let her gender and her heritage guide her decisions when she is supposed to let the words of the Constitution be the guide. She was still confirmed by a large majority.

Well Sotomayor is ‘a wise Latina’ so there’s that. Elena Kagen obviously bats for the ‘same’ team, so choose accordingly.

Since it is now fully ‘authorized’, not experimental – does this mean the manufacturer is now liable for death/injury caused by the vaccine?

“Precedent” is the decadent-patent/ed-monopolized/cartelized supergeneticglued leather boot with the 4” lift in it that decimates (multiplied by 9.6) Lilliputian’s Gulliver* with cob(inter)web cables, under common legality (not “law”) – which is, actually-merely, the pinnacle of organized criminality amongst the sheaths, & the blades that pump them. We shall come rejoicing, bringing (the blade) in(to) the sheaths. (Ask Wes Snipes about believing he was one – & maybe he “was”: fractal schizophrenia – & then finding out he was the other, after after-a-fashion shooting himself in the face, with a little help from his friend-o’s.)

“Tradition” is a synonym of this traducery-scorcery sourcery (“I rob banks because that’s traditionally where the money is sourced.” ~ Willie Sutton) …

…& because Willie didn’t have the connections to go into legal central banking, which is where the counterfeiting headwaters is…& why Mead-metaphorical/&/literal is lower than ever & going lower still. Does the desert desiccate or do the already desiccated desertify? (how’s that for a rhetorical fookin question?) I, 2nd gen outta’ the Weimaraner neck-wringer & dog-wagger, remember Phoenix, in the early ‘60’s, which was pre-bladerunner days (i.e, the blade was shorter & duller & Harrison Ford was nobody anybody in billionaire {that’s a whole lotta’ Jacksons} Jackson Hole** knew)….

**The man who makes holes falls into them himself. ~ old Jewish proverb version of Psalms 7:16

The tragedy, & the comedy, of the commons is the commons, & just how common it is…that fixed blade oughtn’t be a law, but it sure the f’Occam is. Moooo•ochlocracy. Cue that John Wayne scene where he, atop 4” lifts?, weaponizestampedes a herd thru blackhatown. “It’s all one big gutter in outer space, man.” Gutters & balls & gutterballs & blades & sheaths….

*Never mentioned or clarified is that Gulliver is Rick Moranis’ kids – “the back to the infantilized future,” “the village it takes,” all that “seductive’ jazzerseismic subduction – after he “accidentally” shrunk them, & that the Lilliputians are ever so much tinier than than those shrunken headed west youngsters.

Nits one make lice/entious purl/oin two-four-8-16-32…cable knit metastasis…it’s the mlm pyramid-pinnacle-pointilist scam geometric progression of mean regression sheathing…with an all-seeing (until it seizes, throws a rod – which it never fails to do) eyeball in it up at the apex predator point.

Seed corn(bred in the bone): it’s what’s for supper (do it in that Sam Elliott voice…followed by a round of Jimmy Crack Corn & He Don’t Care). What about next year’s supperin’?: sheath outta’ luck. Pumpin’ blades’ll then say let ‘em eat cake (or maybe insect protein pie, cuz murikan apples done gone bye-bye), so the little Chaplin Tramps’ll eat the sheaths, boiled to tenderize, & feed some of their opposite doppelganger codependent-enabled lover-blades to the blade. What a ridiculous make-work gory-orgy it all is.

The subsequent don’t fall too far from the precedent, mostly-usually.

I watched a sympathetic docu about David Geffen the other night; it came out in ’12. A compulsive, relentless man, first gen’ican outta’ Ukraine horrors antecedants…& a jewish “mother” on steroids soaked in rocket fuel & plutonium. He & a partner started Asylum Records because he wanted, needed, to mother the fook outta’ his artists – many, prolly most, of whom hungered for that Oedipal mothering just as much. (Which in Gef’s case was a good way to get rich, which he really-especially wanted, too.) Unsustainable, of course (except, so far, for the getting’ rich part). Mama Hubbard’s Oedipal cupboards got barren. A needy kid that wanted to be loved & paid by needy kids that wanted to be loved & paid just couldn’t keep the emotional larder stocked. The Asylum he sold to all those big 70’s musicianames he turned round & sold to Warner, & the “you like me – you really like me!” names read about it in the papers afterward. Soft “family” shoe overnight became hard corporate “family” shoe – that same old familiar soft velvet-wrapped ironshoe (in the Raymond Burr grinder wheelchair, set to “espresso” – the finest of grinds). (quote-caged cuz family is a caged “refuge” beast o’ boast that many have been institutionalized to not be able to face living outside of.) And after he made the big time at last, along with the showbiz folks of music & movies that he handles-frottages for love &/of money came the showbiz folks of politics – which was, of course, pure altruism/oney…*again*. First the Clintons. Then the Obamas. The “talent,” the entertaining diversions, out front, & the compulsive/relentless-neurotic money/powers behind them, running “everything” else – that ee/k! being the compulsive/relentless-neurotic a-lot-less-money tidal powers below. most all the world’s astaged, & hostaged, & upstaged…”feelin’ good was good enough” sang talented, emotional, doomed Janis from land of traditional-irrational* family TX, where the Alamo was driven like it was rented, which is damn near the same as stolen, like that Joe Walsh tune “Life’s Been Good” – torn out walls, accountants pay for it all.

*Rational ain’t everything. Must mock Spock tales, too; all cocktails, nor mocktails neither, ain’t created equal, nor can any step into the same wet bar twice. I(nternal)r(ate)r(eturn)ational is when the net is negative – & the “investor” – cuz already invested, pre-invested, maybe even from conception, almost certainly even from conception – funds the “investment” anyway. TBTF, too botched to fix, and too fiatfruitful to bankrupt. Jekyll Island Hydes & central banks is allllll projection, ejaculative b/l/anks that replicate. “I know my life would look alright if I could see it on the silver screen.” Glen Frey channeling James Dean & every other causeless but for causuistry “rebel”….

Well, that “doom” is ordained, the ordinal end point for all. So all it can come down to is how each race is run between here & there. And nobody is/can keep track of that but each person-racer, until s/he’s gone & forgotten (don’t even get me started on the foghorn leghorn legacy types – including those who got 4 on the floor, & all of ‘em reverse: ancestryworshipdotlions&tigers&bearscomplicitcovetousnesscom…)…whole lotta’ poetry possible there, if puerile doesn’t gobble it up instead – which it mostly does; 96:4.

So here’s the Austrian recounting the Frenchman everybody read back in the day (one precedent in favor of Austin Powers for president is stronger than an hundred – or 50 two-bills or 2000 nickels {or if wooden, then parabolic infinite∞at least until every last tree is turned into clearcut “currency”…} – against it):

“The prophecy of Count de Tocqueville concerning the advent of the identitarian horrors should be read in full. It should have been a warning for all those who have been playing with the dangerous toys – identity & uniformity – years ago. His warning was never listened to & one can almost hear the mass of *hommes mediocres* exclaim in unison 107 years before our time: “Vous exagerez! Vous exagerez!” He wrote:

‘I had remarked during my stay in the united states that a democratic state of society, similar to that of the Americans, might offer singular facilities for the establishment of despotism; & I perceive upon my return to Europe, how much use had already been made by most of our rulers of the notions, the sentiments, the wants engendered by this same social condition, for the purpose of extending the circle of their power. This led me to think that the nations of Christendom would perhaps eventually undergo some sort of oppression like that which hung over several nations of the ancient world. A more accurate examination of the subject, & five years of further meditations have not diminished my apprehensions, but they have changed the object of them. No sovereign ever lived in former ages so absolute or so powerful as to undertake to administer, by his own agency & without the assistance of intermediate powers, all the parts of a great empire; none ever attempted to subject all his subjects indiscriminantly to strict uniformity of regulation, & personally to tutor & direct every member of the community. No notion of such an undertaking ever occurred to the human mind & if any man had conceived it the want of information, the imperfections of the administrative system & above all the natural obstacles caused by the inequalities of conditions, would speedily have checqued the execution of so vast a design. When the Roman emperors were at the height of their power the different nations of the empire still preserved their manners & customs of great *diversity.* Although they were subject to the same monarch most of the provinces were separately administered; they abounded in powerful & active municipalities & although the whole government of the empire was centered in the hands of the emperor alone & he always remained, upon occasions, the supreme arbiter in all matters, yet the details of social life & private occupations lay for the most part beyond his control. The Emperors possessed, it is true, an immense & unchecked power which allowed them to gratify all their whimsical tastes & to employ for that purpose the whole strength of the state. They frequently abused that power arbitrarily to deprive their subjects of property or life; their tyranny was extremely onerous to the few, but it did not reach the greater number; it was fixed to some few main objects & neglected the rest; it was violent but its range was limited.

But it would seem that, if despotism were to be established among the democratic nations of our days, it might assume a different character; it would be more extensive & more mild; it would degrade men without tormenting them. I do not question that in an age of instruction & equality like our own, sovereigns might more easily succeed in collecting all political power into their own hands, & might interfere more habitually & decidedly within the sphere of private interests, than any sovereigns of the antiquity ever could do….

*I think then, that the species of oppression by which democratic nations are menaced is unlike anything which ever before existed in the world; our contemporaries will find no prototype of it in their memories. I am trying myself to choose an expression which will accurately convey the whole of the idea I have formed of it, but in vain; the old words despotism & tyranny are inappropriate; the thing itself is new; & since I cannot name it, I must attempt to define it.*

I seek to trace the novel features under which despotism may appear in the world. The first thing that strikes the observation is an innumerable multitude of men all equal & alike, incessantly endeavoring to procure the petty & paltry pleasures with which they glut their lives…. Above this race of men stands an immense & tutelary power, which takes upon itself alone to secure their gratifications, & to watch over their fate. That power is absolute, minute, regular, provident, & mild. It would be like the authority of a parent if, like that authority, its object was to prepare men for manhood; bit it seeks, on the contrary, to keep them in perpetual childhood; it is well content that the people should rejoice, provided they think of nothing but rejoicing. For their happiness such a government willingly labors, but it chooses to be the sole agent & arbiter of that happiness: it provides for their security, forsees & supplies their necessities, facilitates their industry, regulates the descent of property, & subdivides their inheritances – what remains but to spare them all the care of thinking & all the trouble of living? Thus it every day renders the exercise of the free agency of man less useful & less frequent; it circumscribes the will within a narrower range & gradually robs a man of all the uses of himself. *The principle of equality has prepared men for these things: it has predisposed men to endure them & often to look on them as benefits.*

After having successfully taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp & fashioned them at will the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers wthe network of society with a network of small, complicated rules, minute & uniform, through which the most original minds & the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, & guided: men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting: such power does not destry but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, & stupefies people, till each nation is reduced to be nothing better than a flock of timid & industrious animals of which the government is the shepherd….

I believe that it is easier to establish a despotic government among a people in which the conditions of society are equal than among any other; & I think that if such a government were once established among such a people, it would not only oppress men, but would eventually strip each of them of several of the highest qualities of humanity. *Despotism therefore appears to me peculiarly to be dreaded in democratic ages.* I should have loved freedom, I believe, at all times, but in the time in which we live I am ready to worship it.” ~ Democracy in Amerika, “Influence of democratic opinions & sentiments upon political society,” Trans. By Henry Reeve, New York, 1899.) (*”For Tocqueville was a liberal of the purest breed – a Liberal & nothing else, deeply suspicious of democracy & its kindred, equality, centralization, & utilitarianism.” ~ Lord Acton, Lectures on the French Revolution (London: Macmillan, 1910), p.357.)’

This gives, in short, a characteristic of the enemy against whom the United Nations have to wage a war, an enemy who is slightly less subtle in his methods than M. de Tocqueville dared dream. He refers twice to the mildness of that coming regime & at first this seems to impair the value of this astonishing prophecy. Neither Moscow nor Berlin excel in mildness, & yet de Tocqueville’s “mistake” is only due to a different timing. He envisages the advent of the efficient ant state at a period when the nations of the Christian world are already thoroughly uniformistic & identitarian. Such a state can – in his opinion – only come into existence when everybody follows the same political creed & shares the same taste, the same outlook on life, etc. Such conditions in absolute perfection are still rare & they are even more unlikely in historical countries with divergent traditions & class distinctions. We have referred to the examples of the plebiscites in the hotels of Berlin & New York. Yet countries like the Germanies or Russia are still far from the perfect political uniformity of New York & therefore brutal force has to be applied. There is no reason why one should hesitate to believe that once the total uniformity of political thought has been achieved, the Tocquevillian mildness will also come to the fore. It is quite possible that we shall see in 30 years a Nazi Parliament with 10 different Nazi parties all believing in the Nazi essentials. A gentle, soft pressure from above, as it has been so well described in Aldous Huxley’s *Brave New World*, & a thoroughly Nazified society would keep all “restless” elements in line.” ~ The Menace of the Herd, Kuehnelt-Leddihn
