Here’s the difference.
The Taliban don’t ask permission from their betters to exercise their right to bear arms.
Americans do.
If you need permission, it’s not a right, it’s a privilege.
If you believe it a right, you don’t ask permission.
There are those that own all manner of weapons in this country without the obligatory BATFE Title 2 requirements.
Because it is their right.
Anyone that would try to infringe on that right is a criminal, by definition.
You know, like a thief or bandit.
In projection, the BATFE claims those people are the criminals.
If you’re unhappy with the status quo, maybe you should stop asking for permission to do what is your right.
