Prime power diesel. 500+ hour maintenance intervals. Slowest engine rpm you can find.

Great item! Hard to get right now. Had to wait 5 months to get one for my boy. 22kw natural gas model. Mine is 17kw and does a great job. Another friend had to wait 6 months to get hers.
Trucks and train engines run on diesel, most military vehicles use jp-8, most ships use something similar – so fuel availability is probably better. With propane, you can use propane.

I work in the equipment rental industry. Took a call years ago where someone wanted the same thing…I kid you not! The power was out after a storm and they said they were looking for a greener alternative than a gas powered generator. He said he wanted one that ran off electricity in order to power his house. I suggested an extension cord…he asked where he could find one! They walk among us folks!!

This is worse than stupid. Far worse.
I was going to make the same point. The Diesel cycle tops out at about 25% efficiency. Subtract electric conversion losses and you are generously at 20%. A diesel powered vehicle (or gasoline for that matter) would readily travelled 3-4x as far using that fuel.
People also suggest putting solar panels on hoods and roofs of cars. On a sunny day, that will buy you maybe a dozen miles.

They plainly tell you on the charging station …blink. The greenies are nutcases of the first order, I generally ignore them but one thing you can’t ignore is the high handed enslavement by green regulations. The sheep will find themselves with the elite green boot against their throat soon enough. Agenda 21/30 will require outrageous standards for windows , doors ,insulation, HVAC and on and on and on. If you don’t comply you’re out and unless you can afford their regulations you will have to move to the stack and pack and live in your 275 sq. ft. box and “be happy”.

The EV push is just another way to control us. Your EV has a limit of 300 miles at best then you have to “plug in” for a recharge. Electrical rates will continue to rise to the point where charging your EV will cost a small fortune. But hey you will be saving the planet! The stupid it burns!!!

I don’t want to sound like Snopes because I do love the hypocricity in this picture. However, I believe the building in the background to the left of the generator is a remote telephone switching office, possibly near a cell site. Those all have backup generators so the diesel may not be for the charger at all.
