Such a novel concept, there’s no data for Google Ngram to plot.
Why the appearance of this new term, now suddenly everywhere?
Previously, mass hypnosis, mass delusion, mass hysteria etc., the old names for this idea, were rarely mentioned if at all.
I’m extremely wary of this ‘psychosis’ label. What concerns me is the intent behind the narrative. Beware.
