China Vows To ‘Eradicate’ Taiwan’s ‘Secessionist Regime’ – Calls US ‘Culprit’ For Ukraine Tensions

Via ZeroHedge

Early Wednesday, the President of Taiwan, Tsai Ing-wen, tweeted in support of Ukraine – while making clear that any attempts by China to ‘take’ Taiwan, now or later, will be met with force.

Taiwan condemns Russia’s infringement on Ukrainian sovereignty & encourages all parties involved to resolve their disputes rationally & peacefully,” she wrote. “Meanwhile, we will take steps to bolster our military readiness & counter cognitive warfare while ensuring economic stability.”

Not so fast

Three hours later, the CCP-owned mouthpiece for the regime, Global Times, tweeted: “Taiwan is eager to grab attention from the Ukraine issue. But there is no dispute over Ukraine’s sovereignty despite disputes on its borders.”

“Taiwan’s sovereignty has never existed. It’s only a matter of time that your secessionist regime will be eradicated.

China Foreign Ministry spox Hua Chunying was quick to dispel any parallels as well.

“Taiwan is not Ukraine,” she said. “Taiwan has always been an inalienable part of China. This is an indisputable legal and historical fact.”

Hua added that the issue of Taiwan is left over from the civil war, and ‘China’s integrity should never have been compromised,’ according to Reuters (whatever that means).

The defeated Republic of China government fled to Taiwan in 1949 after losing the civil war to the Communists, who set up the People’s Republic of China.

Taiwan’s government strongly opposes China’s territorial claims. Tsai says Taiwan is an independent state called the Republic of China, which remains Taiwan’s official name.

All security and military units “must raise their surveillance and early warning of military developments around the Taiwan Strait,” Tsai told a meeting of the working group on the Ukraine crisis set up by her National Security Council.

Taiwan and Ukraine are fundamentally different in terms of geostrategy, geography and international supply chains, she added, in details of the meeting provided by her office. -Reuters

According to Tsai, “in the face of foreign forces intending to manipulate the situation in Ukraine and affect the morale of Taiwanese society, all government units must strengthen the prevention of cognitive warfare launched by foreign forces and local collaborators.”

Meanwhile, China says the United States is the ‘culprit’ of tensions over Ukraine.

Yep, wars and rumors of more wars.

Throughout the entire known history of humanity we have had, at best, 5-7 years total combined time of actual world peace where no countries were warring. Although I doubt the human species has had even that much, more like we always have been at war somewhere in the world and will likely continue to be at war until the age comes to an end.

Taiwan should follow Biden’s prescription for Ukraine: Get vaccinated!

Given that the US and its friends orchestrated the coup that put the current regime in power in Ukraine, there is tons of truth to that. That so many otherwise OK Republicans are behind this war just shows how much they favor war over the interests of the US.

Look, it sucks to be Taiwan. They’re going to be absorbed by the Chi Coms. The US can’t prevent that, so lives and fortunes shouldn’t be wasted on it. People of Taiwan – plan accordingly, but don’t plan on the US saving your ass. It’s hard for me to get exorcised about people falling under an all-controlling regime in Asia when that’s befalling us in the US and Canada. Xi Jingping isn’t the one who tried to get me fired for not getting an experimental shot I didn’t want or need. The CCP isn’t the one de-platforming and de-banking people over here.

Looks like Taiwan’s prez is just as dumb, perhaps even dumber, as the ass klown Prez in Ukraine.

OK, President Tsai Ing-wen, you go ahead and put up a fight against a neighbor 50 times bigger and more powerful. Goody for you, tough guy. Your country won’t last 3 days. You should be stroking Xi’s dick, not poking it.

Taiwan will be part of China before Dementia is put out to pasture. Guaranteed. 100%. There is absolutely no better time than NOW … when the USA!USA!USA! has a demented weak lying old fool as Prez. Gotta strike when the iron is hot. Buh-bye Taiwan, nice knowin’ ya.

“90% of the most advanced chips are made in Taiwan”.

Good thing we don’t use microchips in anything important.

American farmers are going to have to hook up the family dog to their combines if their $100k tractor goes offline. Maybe by that time Russia and Belarus will be willing to sell potash again.

FJB put sanctions on Belarus selling Potash (K) to the World; that cut the World’s supply 20% so far; we are not winning any friends by making K fertilizer and thereby food more expensive fo the World. FJB also cut the Kingston (?) pipeline; gas is used to make Nitrates; now sanctions have cut the Nordstream (?) pipeline from Russia; and fertilizer from Russia is now cut off which I think was 20% of World supply. China was supplying 20% of World supply. A little here and a little there adds up to FJB with his dick in our ass and expensive shit for dinner.

Seems as though PRC has been paying attention to RUS-UA. Lesson(s) learned: Put forth the proposition that soverign boundaries are hereby changed and the new territories carved out are autonomous and we will help to protect them.
Done.

Let’s move the productive people and factories of Taiwan to Detroit, Baltimore, Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, WDC, St Louis, Cleveland, and move the unproductive people of Detroit etc to Taiwan NOW. Then tell China we will negotiate.

There is another aspect of the PRC taking the ROC – if the PRC extends its borders to Taiwan, then they can claim all of the South China sea as territorial waters and the resources under the seabed.

Taiwan has never been “part” of communist China. Seems like the 3 Gorges Dam is a pretty large Achilles Heel, fucking thing is shaky now and 1 missile would collapse it.
