Easy. At the very basic, at the cellular level, a man has one Y chromosome and one X chromosome. A woman has two X chromosomes. I have read somewhere that there are a few rare individuals that are XYY, or even XXY, but that apparently doesn’t change anything, the presence of a Y chromosone makes a male, makes a man. Supposedly, XYY individuals have very high testosterone, die early from violence or go to prison early, and spend most of their lives there.

If you want to go by what you can see, a man has mostly external organs intended for reproduction. A woman has mostly internal organs involved in the reproductive process. The pleasure in sex is there to encourage people to engage in behavior that leads to the production of the next generation.

The structure of a man’s body is different from a woman’s body in several ways. There are some good videos on YouTube, but an short list is presented here. A man typically has a sloping forehead with a heavy browridge over the eyes, deep set and wide set eyes, big head, wider mouth, big teeth, angular jaw line, strong chin, shoulder width at least 3 times head width, shoulders wider than hips, waist below belly button, longer arms, and so forth. The dead giveaway is that the forefinger is shorter than the ring finger, almost always.

A woman has a smaller head, a forehead with no slope, shallow set and narrow set eyes, a rounded jaw line, smaller mouth, smaller teeth, shoulders roughly 2-1/2 times head width, hips wider than shoulders, waist above belly button, and so forth. Again, the dead giveaway is that a woman’s forefinger is longer than her ring finger, almost always.
