Susan Rice is Acting President for Domestic Affairs and Jake Sullivan is Acting President for Foreign Affairs. Obama supervises and consults with both of them. He probably gets his direction from Soros, Schwab and some clique within the CIA and MI-6. John Podesta shows up once in a while to cook lobster risotto and preside over the blood sacrifices.

If you really mean “who is the PRESIDENT?”, it is indeed the one who controls the teleprompter. The president in the modern era is now merely a figurehead, and so are the others named here. The person/people really “in charge” are people whose names you will probably never know. They know that power is strongest when it is invisible.
The elected President is Donald Trump, and he is no “figurehead”.
Elons guess is as good as any. I suspect that no president has called the shots for a long time. The Brotherhood of the Bell calls the shots on everything that it considers important.
