I was unaware the Russian’s still used the Mosin Nagant. Or perhaps it is used in parade activities like the M1 Garand’s are in the U.S. Either way, what a beast of a rifle they are. At one time I had about 8 of those things. Some friends and I went to a shop that got a crate in and bought like 15 total at $90 a pop. I have since offloaded most (doubled my profit at least). I did keep a few of the very best. All matching M38 and M44 carbines and of course the 91/30, bayonet and all. This is probably the most popular song in Donbass right now (and popular across much of Russia and part of Eastern Europe as well) based on the number of covers and other videos using the original.
