My dog in this fight is that the Pentagon has shipped our four year stockpile (4,000) essential shoulder fired rockets and other vital equipments we need to defend America, overseas to be expended in Ukraine; our factories output is only 1,000 per year; the Pentagon is expanding the factories but that will take two more years. Gen Keene wants to ship even more of our best defensive missile battery systems overseas; he’s a Traitor! I hate Kissinger going back to my Vietnam War days but blow me away he is right for once: Ukraine has lost the Donbass and is going to lose the war with Russia for the same reasons the South lost. Ukraine is losing about 500 men per day; they will run out but Russian won’t. Ukraine is small and weak vs a large country with far more and far better weapons. Ukraine will run out of Logistics esp food before Russia. The sensible thing for Ukraine to do is stop losing people and infrastructure, sue for Peace, restore what country is left, repopulate, and try to establish good relations. The more fighting, the more destruction, the more deaths, the more hatreds, the more revenge, the more likely Ukraine could be essentially exterminated. And the USA has attacked and spent it’s strength on a false faint of our enemies, a battle over hill and dale from our enemies main thrust, a classic divide and conquer maneuver that Gen Keene is falling for hook line and sinker. Suppose Gen Keene, that 5,000 Chinese cargo ships filled with weapons and troops land on our Pacific coast; but 110,000 Army troops, all the shoulder weapons, drones, etc are in Europe and we are effectively out of jet and diesel fuel? In 1973, I was a USAF Officer at Tyndall AFB Fl and we had enough jet fuel for two F-106 sorties with Nuclear Genie Missiles to defend the entire Gulf Coast, a Top Secret problem; but a problem idiots like Gen Keene cause.
